4.5 As someone who enjoys puzzles, I often find myself reaching for "Crossword Monster" during my daily commute. Whether I’m on the subway or waiting for my coffee, the app provides a perfect way to pass the time. I also use it during lunch breaks at work, where I can sneak in a quick puzzle to recharge my brain. On weekends, I sometimes challenge my family to complete themed puzzles together, turning a quiet afternoon into a lively competition.
The user interface of "Crossword Monster" is sleek and modern, making it visually appealing. The layout is intuitive, with clear buttons and easy navigation that allows me to jump between puzzles effortlessly. I appreciate the smooth performance; I’ve never experienced lag or crashes, which is crucial when I’m deep into a challenging puzzle. The feature workflow is seamless, from selecting a puzzle to inputting answers. Overall, using the app feels rewarding, and I often find myself losing track of time as I immerse myself in the world of words.
"Crossword Monster" offers a free version that provides access to a substantial number of puzzles, which is great for casual users. However, for those who want to unlock premium features and an even larger puzzle library, there’s a subscription option available. I opted for the premium version, and I believe the investment is worth it, given the endless entertainment and mental stimulation it provides.
The developers of "Crossword Monster" are proactive in providing updates, which often include new puzzles and features based on user feedback. I’ve noticed improvements in the app’s performance and additional themes that keep the content fresh. Customer support is responsive; I once had a question about a feature, and I received a helpful reply within a day. This level of support enhances my overall experience with the app.
When it comes to security and privacy, "Crossword Monster" takes user concerns seriously. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. Registration is straightforward, requiring only basic information, which I appreciate as it minimizes the amount of personal data shared.
In terms of ads, I’ve noticed that the free version does include some advertisements, but they are not overly intrusive. The premium version eliminates ads entirely, which enhances the overall experience. Additionally, the app does not engage in excessive tracking behavior, which is a significant concern for many users today. I feel comfortable using "Crossword Monster," knowing that my data is handled responsibly.

I love this game. It's a fun take on crossword puzzles. Very addicting. While there are ads, they are so fast & easy to skip you barely even notice. Definitely the least obnoxious I've seen. the only negative thing I have to say about the game is that you cannot save your progress. so if you get a new phone or have to delete the app you have to start over completely. this is now the third time I've had to start over from the beginning. if they fixed it that one thing it would be the perfect game

I downloaded this game while playing a nearly identical game that was laden with unskippable ads. The ad for Crossword Master clearly stated that Crossword Master had "no annoying ads", and I figured it couldn't possibly be any worse. Well. I opened the app, played a few rounds, and there were ads. Just as many annoying, unskippable ads as the other game. I don't object to the creators trying to make a buck, but when your entire selling point is "no annoying ads"....

Good game made frustrating due to Shein ads. Developers, I keep losing games lately due to one ad: Shein. All the other ads work. But this one doesn't work and you can't navigate out without losing all your progress on the crossword and going back to home. It's so frustrating. PLEASE, FIX IT. If it's happening to me it's happening to all other players.

Way too many obnoxious ads. I could understand one easy to click out of ad after each puzzle level and maybe one obnoxious ad after every few puzzle levels, but you'll be in the middle of playing and boom an ad that makes you watch 20-30ish seconds before sending you to the store or giving you several steps to click out if the ad and get back to gameplay.

Just like others have said, this game would be great. it's unique and fun, but the ads are too much. waaaayyy too much. in the middle of a single game, you'll be stopped for so many ads. I'm not spending $15 to remove ads either. I want to give this game more stars, but there are more ads than gameplay.
