4.6 The Epson iPrint app is a powerful tool that transforms the way you interact with your Epson printer. With its user-friendly interface and robust features, it caters to both casual users and professionals alike. Here are some of the standout features that make this app a must-have:
As someone who juggles both work and personal projects, the Epson iPrint app has become an essential part of my daily routine. For instance, during a busy week at work, I often find myself needing to print reports or presentations on the fly. Instead of being tethered to my desk, I can simply pull out my phone, select the document, and send it to the printer from anywhere in the office. This flexibility has saved me countless hours and has made my workflow much more efficient.
On weekends, I love to print photos from family gatherings or vacations. The app allows me to quickly access my camera roll and print my favorite shots, which I then use to create personalized gifts for family members. The ease of printing from my phone means I can capture and share memories without the hassle of transferring files to a computer first.
The user interface of the Epson iPrint app is intuitive and straightforward. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. The main menu provides quick access to printing, scanning, and cloud services, which I appreciate. The workflow is seamless; I can select a file, adjust my print settings, and send it to the printer in just a few taps.
Performance-wise, the app is reliable. I have experienced minimal lag, and the print jobs are processed quickly. The quality of the prints is impressive, especially when using the photo printing feature. Overall, my experience with the app has been overwhelmingly positive. It has simplified my printing tasks and enhanced my productivity, making it a valuable tool in both my personal and professional life.
The Epson iPrint app is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage for users looking for a cost-effective printing solution. While the app itself is free, users should be aware that they will need to purchase ink and paper for their printers. However, the app does not have any hidden fees or subscription costs, making it accessible for everyone.
Epson regularly updates the iPrint app to enhance functionality and fix any bugs. I appreciate that the developers are committed to improving the user experience. Additionally, the support options are robust; I can easily find troubleshooting guides and FAQs on the Epson website. If I ever encounter an issue, I feel confident that I can reach out for assistance and receive timely help.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, including Epson iPrint. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. Upon installation, I noticed that the app requires minimal personal data, primarily just an email address for registration, which is reassuring.
Importantly, Epson iPrint does not bombard users with ads, and I have not noticed any intrusive tracking behavior while using the app. This focus on user privacy is a significant plus for me, as I prefer apps that respect my data and do not engage in excessive data collection. Overall, I feel secure using Epson iPrint, knowing that my information is handled responsibly.

The app can be a bit cumbersome to locate and print certain images (especially for older images you have to scroll to find). It is VERY full featured, and I use it often to print photos of my kids (great quality), my work schedules, and various documents. While it is quite slow to print larger PDFs, or high resolution images, it still does it with ease from my phone. I would say that the app is quite good, overall.

I run this app on my older Galaxy S10 (and now currently my Galaxy S23) to my even older Epson XP-310, and I've never had any issues with it. It prints when it's supposed to, whether I print locally or remotely, and does so smoothly, right away. Every once in a while (and it's not often)I'll try to print and will get a notification that memory is full, but I simply go to iPrint settings, clear cache, and printing starts. This app is reliable, ad-free and has run without issue for me for years.

App works great most of the time! However, I have two epson printers in different locations (miles apart). Sometimes the app switches to the nearby printer, other times the app locks up trying to find the printer, and the only way to fix the problem is to uninstall the app, and reload it.

As a college student, I need to be able to print from every device that I work from (phone, computer, tablet, etc.), at any given time. I frequently need to multitask, researching different sources, from multiple devices, simultaneously. This app is easy to use, is consistent and dependable, and rarely has any issues with connectivity, etc. The only reason I am rating it 4/5 is due to the very occasional times that require a forced reset, but honestly can't imagine not having this app. Thanks!

This app would be awesome if it had scaling features. Every time I need to print something from the internet, it will turn a 3 pg document, for instance, into an 8 pg document. I can't even print a return label from UPS from this app, because it prints the label so large that it takes up 2/3 of a sheet of paper, making it impossible to fix to a shipping box. This has been going on for YEARS on my different Samsung phones. Nowhere in the settings can this be changed, which is very frustrating.
