4.7 Flo Period & Pregnancy Tracker is a comprehensive app designed to help women track their menstrual cycles and manage their reproductive health. Here are some of its standout features:
As a busy professional, I often juggle multiple responsibilities, and keeping track of my menstrual cycle used to be a challenge. However, since I started using Flo, it has seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. I typically open the app in the morning while sipping my coffee, logging any symptoms I experienced the previous day. This simple act not only helps me stay organized but also prepares me for any mood swings or discomfort I might face during my cycle.
During my workday, I find myself referring to the ovulation prediction feature when planning personal events or trips. Knowing my fertile window allows me to make informed decisions about my health and family planning. Additionally, when I experienced some unusual symptoms, I turned to the community support feature to seek advice and reassurance from other users, which made me feel less alone in my experiences.
The user interface of Flo is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through various features. The onboarding process was straightforward, allowing me to set up my profile quickly. I appreciate how the app presents information in a visually appealing manner, with colorful graphs and charts that illustrate my cycle patterns. The workflow is smooth; logging symptoms and accessing insights is just a few taps away. Overall, my experience with the app has been positive, as it feels like a personal health assistant that genuinely cares about my well-being.
Flo offers a free version that includes essential features, which is great for users who want to try the app without commitment. However, for those seeking a more comprehensive experience, the premium subscription unlocks advanced features like personalized health insights and additional community support. I found the pricing reasonable, especially considering the value it adds to my health management.
The app is regularly updated, which is a significant plus. I’ve noticed improvements in performance and new features being added over time, enhancing my overall experience. The support team is responsive, and I had a positive interaction when I reached out with a question about a feature. It’s reassuring to know that the developers are actively engaged with their user base.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to health apps. Flo is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide some personal data, but the app clearly outlines how this information is used to enhance my experience. I appreciate that Flo does not bombard users with ads, which can often feel intrusive. Instead, the app focuses on providing a seamless experience without unnecessary distractions. Additionally, Flo has a transparent privacy policy, ensuring that my data is handled securely and responsibly, which is crucial for any health-related application.

Great app for adults. There's a lot of explicit material that goes beyond simply educational content, so I wouldn't feel comfortable with my daughters using the app until they were much older. Also, even if you use the same log in, changing phones will cause all your data to disappear!!!! I was devastated to say the least when my app showed I was logged in but all my menstrual history was gone on my new phone. Be warned!

I loved this app, it was accurate and it allowed me to track my periods as well as my ovulation dates AND allowed me to monitor any abnormalities and as someone who has always had very irregular periods it was great. However now they want me to pay for all the things that made it great and I can no longer monitor for any issues like I used to without paying?! As women we are already nickel and dimed for items like pads and I might as well just go back to using a calendar if all I get is tracking

This app used to be fantastic. I used it for tracking my first 3 pregnancies and always recommended it to people. But that is not the case any longer. The only thing it shows now is how far along you are. Literally everything else is behind the paywall. It used to show you how big your baby was, where they are developmentally, and give you tips on what to expect. Now, anything you click on prompts you to pay for a subscription. It's ridiculous and I will be deleting the app.

Incredibly useful for tracking periods, as it adjusts to changes. I wish we could turn off, or skip parts of, the bot chat stuff. Its programming/information is too general and ultimately restrictive. I also would like more symptom options, even just an add your own that you can select again as needed. Thanks for the app!

worst tracker due to the pay blockers and ad. I only use it as an additional app to track my period. I use other apps that are better & give you free insights & health advice without multiple ads that make you have to pay in order to read or watch an informative video! On a good note my husband can also view & track my period via this app. For some reason the other apps are giving him issues in tracking my health & periods.
