The developers of "Grand Hotel Mania" are proactive in providing updates and support. I’ve noticed regular updates that introduce new content, which keeps the game engaging. Additionally, the support team is responsive; I once encountered a minor bug and reached out for assistance. They addressed my concern promptly, which left me feeling valued as a player. The app does offer an option to remove ads through in-app purchases, which I find reasonable. Overall, I feel secure using "Grand Hotel Mania," as it respects user privacy while providing an enjoyable gaming experience.

this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

This game isn't just bad, it's a straight up MLM pyramid scheme. Once you reach around level 30 it is impossible to progress without upgrading your hotel, but upgrading your hotel costs gems which can only be purchased with real money. Or, as the devs will probably say in response to this rating, you can invite friends to the game to earn gems. So, the only way to progress is to spend real money or bring in more people, which is the definition of a pyramid scheme. Strongly do not recommend.

could be a fun game but after you use the initial gems you get in the beginning you dont get anymore when you win levels, you have to purchase them. And you need gems to upgrade the hotel. I dont waste my money on phone games so after level 30 or so the levels became impossible to win. Could be a great game though but its a just a money grab

I made it to the Regada Hotel level 30. I made it because I had bought the premium rewards and a gem package. I wasn't going to waste time doing the free things. One thing that really bothered me was I couldn't hire extra workers or permanently walk faster the harder it got! That is a huge problem. I like games that are fun and make you feel good, not stressed and broke. I am deleting this money-greedy game. Was fun while it lasted.

Hello! Purchases are optional, and you can enjoy the game without them. I'm lvl 15, need to upgrade, and the cheapest upgrade is 3 gems. So my options are 1. pay for gems or 2. not actually play the game for 3 days, just log in for the daily gem, and then upgrade one item, hopefully get a couple more levels, maybe get a couple more gems... and then wait a few more days logging in to get enough to upgrade another item. Also having to watch ads for earned rewards is not enjoyable.
