4.3 Highrise: Avatar Virtual World is a vibrant social platform that allows users to create their own avatars and interact in a virtual environment. Here are some of the standout features that make this app a must-try:
As someone who enjoys socializing and exploring new virtual environments, I often find myself using Highrise during my downtime. Whether I’m waiting for a friend or taking a break from work, I can easily dive into the app. One of my favorite scenarios is joining themed events after a long day. Recently, I attended a Halloween party where users dressed up their avatars in spooky costumes and participated in fun games. It was a fantastic way to unwind and connect with others who share my interests.
The user interface of Highrise is intuitive and visually appealing. Upon launching the app, I was greeted with a vibrant home screen that made navigation a breeze. The workflow is seamless; I can quickly switch between customizing my avatar, exploring different rooms, and chatting with friends. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly on my device, with minimal lag even during busy events. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, as I feel immersed in a lively community that encourages creativity and interaction.
Highrise is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage for anyone looking to explore a virtual world without financial commitment. However, there are in-app purchases available for users who want to enhance their experience further. These purchases allow for additional customization options and exclusive items, making it appealing for those who wish to invest in their virtual presence.
The developers of Highrise are proactive in providing updates and support. I’ve noticed regular updates that introduce new features and fix bugs, which shows their commitment to improving user experience. Additionally, the support team is responsive; I reached out with a question about a feature and received a helpful reply within a day. This level of support adds to my overall satisfaction with the app.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and Highrise takes these concerns seriously. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring a level of credibility and safety. During registration, I was required to provide basic personal information, but I appreciated that the app allows for anonymous usernames, which adds a layer of privacy.
Highrise does display ads, but they are not overly intrusive, and I have not noticed any aggressive tracking behavior. The app’s privacy policy is transparent, detailing how user data is handled and what measures are in place to protect it. Overall, I feel secure using Highrise, knowing that my personal information is treated with care.

this game has BUTCHERED any form of creativity that it once had. I've been playing for literal years, and honestly the only reason I'm still playing is because I made friends. the grabs are boring now that they've gotten rid of udc, they keep releasing packs for account bound items that cost $50-$100, and the only way to get gold (the main currency for grabs, trading, etc) is to either purchase it, fill out surveys, or complete offers. Greed ruined the game. Do NOT waste your time or money.

I used to love this game during high school, but it really became just a whale game. All the fantastic outfits or accessories, you have to either buy gold to trade or buy gold to pull for the spins. I've tried the "earn gold" from games or whatever, but the "extra" gold tasks literally REQUIRE you to buy stuff in the game you are earning gold from. It's ridiculous. Will I play the game still, maybe, but it's literally pay to win.

Basically a cash grab and a "who can spend more money to have more clothes you'll use once to show off you have money and never use again." There's no free way to earn gold; you HAVE to buy it, and all of the good stuff costs gold, especially the special, limited-release items you have to buy from other players. And if you try to join events to get special, limited-release items, you'll have to sink more money (and time) to get any of the good items. Plus, a lot of it is ugly and/or sexual.

This game used to be fun, original. That was years ago. Now its nearly all subscription based. I've had this game in total 6+ years. I've watched it High-rise + High-fall. The corporation has completely lost it with these prices and limitations to those without a wallet to throw. They got rid of free surveys for in-game currency and have replaced it with scam games you have to play and more then likely have to make purchases. They won't make it long with these changes.

It's a fun game with loads of great features! You do need to "invest" a bit in building up your avatar, which is fine. However some of the prices are WAYYY out there, so beware. Overall it's fun, just wish there were more ways to warn gold besides buying or idling in rooms waiting for tips. if your avatar could have a daily "job" to earn a small amount of gold (even just 5-10/per day), or something along those lines.
