3.9 My journey with Just Dance Now began during the pandemic when I was looking for ways to stay active while stuck at home. I downloaded the app on my smartphone and quickly discovered how easy it was to turn my living room into a dance floor. I often use it during my lunch breaks to get a quick workout in, and it’s become a fun way to break up my day. On weekends, I host dance parties with friends via video calls, where we all sync up and dance to our favorite tracks. It’s a fantastic way to stay connected and have fun, even from a distance.
The user interface of Just Dance Now is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a vibrant home screen showcasing the latest songs and challenges. Navigating through the song library is a breeze, and I appreciate the search function that allows me to find specific tracks quickly. The feature workflow is seamless; I can easily select a song, choose my preferred mode, and start dancing within seconds. The performance is impressive, with minimal lag, which is crucial for a dance game. Overall, using the app feels like a joyful experience, and I often find myself smiling and laughing as I dance along to the music.
Just Dance Now operates on a freemium model, allowing users to access a limited selection of songs for free. However, to unlock the full library and enjoy additional features, a subscription is required. The pricing is reasonable, with options for monthly or yearly subscriptions. I opted for the yearly plan, which not only saves me money in the long run but also gives me access to all the latest songs and updates. It’s a small price to pay for the joy and exercise I get from dancing!
The developers of Just Dance Now are committed to keeping the app fresh and engaging. Regular updates introduce new songs and features, ensuring that users always have something new to look forward to. I’ve noticed that they often incorporate seasonal themes and challenges, which adds an exciting twist to the experience. Customer support is also responsive; I had a minor issue with my subscription, and their support team resolved it quickly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that help is just a message away.
As an American user, I prioritize security and privacy when using apps, and Just Dance Now does a commendable job in this regard. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of trust. During the registration process, I was required to provide minimal personal data, which is a relief compared to many other apps that ask for excessive information. I appreciate that Just Dance Now does not bombard users with ads, and I have not noticed any intrusive tracking behavior. The app respects my privacy while still providing a fun and engaging experience.

Back in my day, you could buy something without paying an outrageous subscription price. You get 2 songs before having to wait 24 hours to be able to play another one for free. My first song crashed and the second decided that after I paid the in game currency for it, I no longer had the amount to play it. This company has more than enough money.

I love the catalog feature because it organizes songs by their original game, making them easier to browse and rediscover. I'd also like unlimited play options, such as weekend events, daily unlimited hours, or permanent unlimited access for legacy songs, so players can enjoy music without using energy. Dance mashups would add variety, excitement, and a fresh way to experience familiar songs.

I don't own any gaming consoles and never keep up with gaming. I wanted Just Dance for exercise and to play against friends and family online. I thought gaming technology was more advanced than this. JD is frustrating to set up using AR. I even bought a Nex before I realized it wouldn't work. Tried setup with LG. Still can't figure out how to use the camera on my phone for AR. Holding a controller or phone is so distracting. I guess I'll have to return everything and wait for them to streamline.

well it's selection is great. I find it stupid that you have to pay $30 for only one year of this game. at that rate you should just buy it outright but you can't. also, it seems to have tons of connection issues and it's just overall very clunky because of it. it's fun when it works , but as you might expect, the rewards are very inconsistent. they can be overly harsh or overly rewarding although it's a common just dance issue across platforms so not exclusive. note please don't yeet your phone

"Uh-oh! The song couldn't start!" ... Meanwhile, I'm already halfway through the song. That happened 3 times today. It happens quite often recently. Also, every song in the last few months starts in a pixelated state. I have cable internet. My computer is fairly new (2022). This is trash. I paid for a year subscription to receive this service? I'd love to play Just Dance Now... if the app would allow me.
