I have been playing your game for over a decade and I used to love it. Now, whenever there is an update I feel as if I'm being punished for it. My military warehouse was fully expanded and full. With this update, I lost it all and have to rebuild my warehouse. This is unacceptable and not the first time something like this has happened. There are no labels on the vehicles so you are guessing from a tiny thumbnail if this vehicle is the one needed. Your game is regress is the name of progress.

Update: Support got back to me and fixed it, 4 stars because the communication could be better, and my overall feelings toward the game (the screen is crowded by things you can't turn off sometimes) I enjoy this game, but I've run into a bug where the game prompts me to build a research station and atmospheric probe, and to collect tokens from airplanes, helicopters, trains, and build building, upon which the game makes me unable to select things, and I get stuck. Game is unplayable. Help!

And I told you it's the type of ad you use. simple as that. Sure support, but that's not the point of what I say. the point is that these ads go automatically to the Play Store, and when it does, it refreshes the game making you miss the reward. I don't give a ratsbutt about these rewards in ad, if it wasn't so important to the game. Just change the type of ad is the most easiest solution. you sending me to support is dismissal. I stand by it. do Not respond back again.

I re-downloaded this game a few weeks ago and I found out that there are a lot of new features and tokens. However, the quests also need to be updated with the game. I also found some buildings are removed and now the quests are asking to build some buildings that are removed. For example, build five wooden houses but those are no longer available. So, this is what the game needs to be updated at the moment.

Over the past couple of years the creators of this game have been removing features that made the game enjoyable. Now in order to progress at the same rate would require in game purchases, which I'm guessing was the purpose. I would recommend giving another city building(simulator) a chance before waisting time on Megapolis. It is very probable they will continue to remove features in search of increasing profit.
