the ads are getting more and more frequent. I used to be able to play for at least five minutes with just one ad and that used to be the baseline of mild annoyance. it's a good app and I like the daily challenges and custom difficulties but the ads have been obnoxious. the last few times I've opened the app I'm stuck with "skippable" ads between every single puzzle, even if it was only a minute to solve. makes me feel like I'm playing a bottom tier money grabber.

i have played Microsoft solitaire collection for years and found it's good brain exercise and challenging. I like to do the daily challenge groups. I have the paid version on my laptop with no ads-love it. But it won't let a 2nd device be played as paid. So when I play it on my phone with my same id, it makes me play with the ads on the phone. I wish it would allow paid version on my 2 devices. it keeps my progress in sync with both devices, but won't eliminate the ads on the phone.

It used to be really good. I used to be able to play in airplane mode and still earn the levels. Now you can't earn xp. So I figured I would buy the premium subscription. They still manage to stuff ads down my throat. It constantly forgets I have premium and shows me ads. Literally how is that possible. Absolute scam Microsoft.

These games are exactly what I was looking for. Simple one player solitaire games without all the nonsense like "special cards" that disrupt game play such as bombs to explode cards or magnets to remove cards, etc. Or levels that are impossible to win unless you use the stars you've acquired but once you've used them all you can't progress any further unless you want to spend money. And the ads are very few and far between. All in all this is the best app imo.

Ads. There are just way too many ads. Downgraded to 2 stars. Do not show me a 3 minute ad that completely prevents game play when all I have is three minutes to play. Nope. Uninstalled. Again. You ebb and flow and now you're headed back in the wrong direction Microsoft. Sorry, but no. When I used to play this game without ads, why in the world would I want to wait at all before gameplay? No! Let me play a game. Earn your ad! I do not earn gameplay on a game that used to be part of the OS. No.
