The swipe recognition is very inaccurate and shows only *three* options which typically do not include the correct word. It should let the user choose from *a lot more* possible words, not just three. No matter what Microsoft does it cannot recognize the flow correctly all the time. Just give the options to the users. It is not hard.

Reducing this to one star. The Ai isn't even pretending anymore. This keyboard's AI now is both crazy aggressive about implementing bad changes and refusing to make logical ones. it turns my typing, whether accurate or bad at the moment, into gibberish. It adds letters to words and then words to phrases without regard to context. Rarely do I type anything that doesn't require editing afterwards.... Microsoft tried a fix, which worked for awhile, but it again is as bad as it was before the fix.

I have used this keyboard for a very long time but it's started to really slip in quality lately. It regularly replaces words I've spelled correctly with nonsense words. I even try to delete those nonsense words from its memory but it still does it. Also now it sensors swear words when I used the voice to text option. It didn't do that before. Now it does and there is no option to turn it off.

3/26: Still sucks. 🫤 9/25: Tried SwiftKey from Gboard to see if things improved. I miss the ability to capitalize and ALL CAPS a word after typing. But OMG, I can't type a single sentence without multiple corrections. Tried typing "fire" 4 times and got "die" or "for" over and over, even after trying to be very precise. Gboard uses sentence context much better, and offers much better predictions than SwiftKey. Gboard also doesn't predict words from 2nd language in mid-sentence. Gah!

I have been a SwiftKey user for probably a decade. But since the change in voice typing recently, I've been using gboard. But I have to admit, typing on this is just a million times better. And now I'm really torn. I've been experimenting today, and voice typing seems much improved from when it first changed. But there's one thing keeping me from coming back and using it regularly with a 4 or 5 star review; Samsung pen handwriting to text. Gboard has it. Surely this can too. Let's go!
