4.0 "My Boy! - GBA Emulator" is a powerful tool that brings the nostalgia of Game Boy Advance games right to your fingertips. With its impressive features, it stands out as one of the best emulators available today. Here are some of its core highlights:
As a busy professional, I often find myself with little time to unwind. However, during my daily commute, I discovered that "My Boy! - GBA Emulator" is the perfect companion. I can easily pull out my phone and dive into a quick session of "Pokémon Ruby" while waiting for the train. The ability to save my progress at any moment means I can play in short bursts without worrying about losing my place. Additionally, during lunch breaks, I often challenge myself to complete a level in "Metroid Fusion," which provides a refreshing escape from work stress.
The user interface of "My Boy! - GBA Emulator" is sleek and intuitive, making it easy for anyone to navigate. Upon launching the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that allowed me to quickly access my game library. The feature workflow is seamless; loading a game takes mere seconds, and the customizable controls are a breeze to set up. Performance-wise, the emulator runs smoothly without any noticeable lag, even during graphically intense scenes. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, as the app has rekindled my love for GBA games while providing a modern twist.
"My Boy! - GBA Emulator" offers a free version with basic features, but I opted for the premium version, which is reasonably priced. The premium version unlocks all the advanced features, such as fast forwarding and link cable emulation, which I find invaluable. Given the quality of the app and the nostalgia it brings, I believe the investment is well worth it for any GBA fan.
The developers of "My Boy! - GBA Emulator" are proactive in providing updates, ensuring that the app remains compatible with the latest devices and operating systems. I’ve noticed regular updates that enhance performance and introduce new features. Additionally, the support team is responsive; I reached out with a minor query, and they replied within a day, which is always reassuring for users.
When it comes to security and privacy, "My Boy! - GBA Emulator" takes a responsible approach. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that users download it from a trusted source. There are no registration or personal data requirements, which is a significant plus for privacy-conscious users like myself. The app does not bombard you with ads, and I have not noticed any tracking behavior, allowing me to enjoy my gaming experience without concerns about my data being misused. Overall, I feel secure using "My Boy! - GBA Emulator," knowing that my privacy is respected while I indulge in my favorite games.

Almost perfect. the only thing missing is where all your games are listed if you could have like pictures or the box art with each name instead of it just being a list of names I find it kind of difficult to navigate with the small font. pictures of the box art would make it a lot easier.

Pretty good emulator, with one flaw: instead of being allowed to choose a save location (which would allow save files to be manually accessible) this app hides your save files in a location inaccessible to the end user. I'd really like it if it were possible to at least export and import .sav files? As is it's basically impossible to use a save editor.

I LOVE this emulator, but I have one suggestion that I think would make it even better if it's something that's even possible to do : Make it so that, when in fast forward mode, the game you're playing is in fast forward, but the game's music stays at 1x speed. I LOVE the pokemon music like, A LOT, but I have to play without sound because I can't stand playing in regular speed due to how slow everything is in pokemon games, and the game music is an absolute hearape in fast forward.

this was my go to for a while when playing games, but I had to stop playing Pokemon Red Rescue Team because of a save issue. it would never save the game, and a portion of the game requires you to save to advance. that was years ago and I come back. I can't save my data, no matter how I set it up. which means I have to restart every time. if you can't save data, the app is kind of worthless. Is there some secret to saving fame data?

I don't know what happened with the latest update to this app... before it was a 5/5, no issues. Usually, I could play a game and if I needed to go on other apps for a while, the emulator would still be running in the background, a notification saying so. Now, if I switch to another app then it'll completely restart the emulator which is a big issue for games that don't autosave. And I don't even get a notification on my phone saying the emulator is running anymore (probably on my end).
