4.7 The "My Verizon" app is a powerful tool for managing your Verizon account, offering a range of features that enhance user experience and convenience. Here are some of the core features that stand out:
As a busy professional and a parent, I find myself using the "My Verizon" app in various scenarios throughout my day. For instance, during my morning commute, I often check my data usage to ensure I’m on track for the month. The app’s intuitive interface allows me to quickly glance at my remaining data without any hassle. Additionally, when my child’s device started acting up, I used the app to troubleshoot and even reset the device settings remotely, which saved me a lot of time and frustration.
The user interface of the "My Verizon" app is sleek and user-friendly. Navigating through the different sections feels intuitive, and I appreciate how the app is organized. The dashboard provides a clear overview of my account, and I can easily access billing, usage, and support options. The performance is generally smooth, with minimal loading times, which is crucial when I’m in a hurry. Overall, my experience has been positive; the app has made managing my Verizon account much more convenient, and I feel empowered to take control of my mobile services.
The "My Verizon" app is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage for Verizon customers. While the app itself doesn’t have any hidden fees, it’s essential to remember that any changes you make to your plan or additional services may incur charges. However, the transparency in pricing and the ability to manage everything from the app makes it worth it.
Verizon regularly updates the "My Verizon" app to enhance functionality and fix bugs. I’ve noticed improvements in speed and new features being added over time, which shows that the company is committed to providing a better user experience. If I ever encounter issues, the support section within the app is helpful, offering FAQs and direct access to customer service, ensuring I can get assistance when needed.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and "My Verizon" does a commendable job in this regard. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During registration, I was required to provide personal information, including my phone number and email address, which is standard for account management apps. However, I appreciate that Verizon emphasizes data protection and offers two-factor authentication for added security.
Regarding ads and tracking behavior, I have not noticed intrusive advertisements while using the app, which is a relief. Verizon appears to prioritize user experience over aggressive marketing tactics, allowing me to focus on managing my account without distractions. Overall, I feel secure using the "My Verizon" app, knowing that my personal information is handled with care.

500 characters are not enough to fully articulate the problems I have with this app, so I'll give a short run-down. They make it difficult to log in, they throw unwanted ads in your face, the app itself regularly freezes or fails to load, and they force you to save a payment method, when maybe I'd rather just input my information manually. Bottom line, I only use this to pay my bill, but Verizon acts like they don't want my money. Avoid this if you can.

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to use. It's so buggy. You'd think they gave this to their summer interns with how many times it just doesn't work. If you just need to look at your information, theres a good chance it will function correctly. But if you ever need help or troubleshooting, just call Verizon. Their live agent call staff is phenomenal, even though sometimes wait times can be long.

DO NOT for any reason use this company! It is tempting because they will be running ads that seem to good to be true. Once you become a customer they keep increasing your bill. Even after paying almost $20 a month for mobile protection and OVER TWO YEARS of paying on my phone, almost completely paying it off, they still charged me $500 for a replacement! I can keep going! A total nightmare! This company is nothing but fraud and desperately needs sued!

i deleted app updates, cleared cache and data and it still won't let me sign in. it says we're sorry it looks like we're having trouble connecting. it won't turn on biometrics, i can't login 97% of the time and when i do press the back button on the we're sorry page, it sometimes pulls up the login page, i fill in my info, select remember me, and sometimes it'll let me in but most times not. when it does let me in, everything i press says in red failed to load? it's never worked properly for me.

Too buggy. I used to like this app. Now when trying to use bill pay feature, the app crashes. Have to call and pay by phone and they want a convenience fee of $7.50 to do so! No you're going to wave that fee! I'm not paying your fee because your app doesn't work properly! Time to switch to another provider. Verizon is going downhill.
