4.1 My journey with the Soundcore app began during my daily commute. Every morning, I hop on the train, and that’s when I rely heavily on my Soundcore headphones. The app allows me to quickly switch between my favorite playlists and podcasts, ensuring I’m entertained throughout the ride. On weekends, I often host small gatherings at home, and the Soundcore portable speaker becomes the life of the party. With the app, I can control the music from anywhere in the room, adjusting the volume or skipping tracks without needing to be near the speaker.
The user interface of the Soundcore app is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. The main dashboard displays my connected devices, and accessing the equalizer settings is just a tap away. I appreciate how the app guides you through the setup process, making it easy even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. Performance-wise, the app is responsive, with minimal lag when switching between features. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive; the app enhances my audio experience significantly, making it a must-have for any Soundcore user.
The Soundcore app is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage. While the app itself is free, it pairs with various Soundcore devices that range in price. I’ve found that investing in a quality pair of headphones or a speaker is well worth it, especially considering the app’s features that enhance the overall experience. The value you get from the app combined with the devices is impressive, making it a worthwhile investment for music lovers.
Soundcore regularly updates the app, introducing new features and improvements based on user feedback. I’ve noticed that the developers are quite responsive to user suggestions, which is refreshing. Additionally, the support section within the app is comprehensive, offering FAQs and troubleshooting tips. I had a minor issue with connecting my headphones once, and the support team was quick to respond, guiding me through the solution efficiently. This level of support adds to my overall satisfaction with the app.
As an American user, I take security and privacy seriously, and I’m pleased to report that the Soundcore app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, but I appreciated that the app clearly outlines how this data will be used. There are no intrusive ads, and I haven’t noticed any tracking behavior that would compromise my privacy. The app’s privacy policy is transparent, which reassures me that my data is handled responsibly. Overall, I feel secure using the Soundcore app, knowing that my personal information is protected.

abysmal app makes devices nearly unusable. after the latest update, neither my soundcore motion plus or liberty 4 pros will work very well, ESPECIALLY while on a call. The audio quality is so incredibly bad if I listen to music on a call, and God forbid I want to listen to music while on a call and using my speaker! it will either play at the lowest volume possible or just flat out not play any audio at all. it's incredible how far a company can go to appease shareholders by cramming as much Ai

Honestly I would change my review and give five stars if I wasn't blasted with pop-up ads that I'm forced to see when opening the app and I could do without the Ai assistant. I absolutely love the app otherwise, and the products need no advertisement. They are amazing, and I have a bunch of different earbuds and blue tooth speakers, to prove it. Just have an advertisement tab within the app that I can click on in my own time to see new and upcoming products.

The headphones worked well before the last update. After it, they stopped working for very long: they only work for three hours, draining completely and turning off. They used to last 7 to 8 hours without any issues, which was enough until morning. Now they stop working in the middle of the night. I am extremely dissatisfied with this

EDIT: Haven't had popups recently, so I'll bump up the score a bit. *** App itself is fine, but it has popup ads that you can't turn off. I purchased the product already. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for a least an option to disable them, even if it isn't the default. This will definitely be in my mind when I'm shopping in the future.

Yay, another app with an AI assistant that nobody asked for. Apparently it has a live translation feature, but it's only free for "a limited time". 2/3 of the support articles are blank, and the app doesn't even show the battery percentage of the earbuds except for a tiny graphic. ** The S10 earbuds are freaking awesome, BTW, and I'd uninstall the app if I didn't need it to control noise reduction, or turn on the awesome BaseUp feature.
