4.3 As a busy professional, I often find myself looking for a quick escape during my lunch breaks or while waiting for appointments. Whether I’m on a crowded subway or lounging at home, the game provides a delightful distraction that helps me unwind. I particularly enjoy playing during my coffee breaks, where I can challenge myself to complete a level before my cup runs dry.
The user interface of "The Wizard of Oz Magic Match 3" is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon launching the app, I was greeted with a vibrant home screen that showcased my progress and upcoming events. Navigating through the levels is seamless, and the tutorial at the beginning was helpful in getting me acquainted with the game mechanics. The gameplay itself is smooth, with minimal lag, allowing me to focus on strategizing my moves. I appreciate the variety of challenges presented in each level, which keeps the experience fresh and engaging. Overall, I feel a sense of accomplishment after completing levels, especially when I manage to earn three stars!
The game is free to download and play, which is a significant plus for casual gamers like me. However, it does offer in-app purchases for those who want to enhance their experience with additional lives or power-ups. I’ve found that while these purchases can be tempting, I can still enjoy the game thoroughly without spending a dime. The balance between free content and paid options feels fair, allowing players to choose how they want to engage with the game.
The developers of "The Wizard of Oz Magic Match 3" are quite active in providing updates and support. I’ve noticed regular updates that introduce new levels and seasonal events, which keeps the game exciting. Whenever I’ve encountered a minor issue, the support team has been responsive and helpful, addressing my concerns promptly. This level of support gives me confidence in the app and enhances my overall experience.
As an American user, I prioritize security and privacy when downloading apps. "The Wizard of Oz Magic Match 3" is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which reassures me of its legitimacy. The app requires minimal personal data for registration, primarily asking for a username and email, which I appreciate. I was relieved to find that it does not require excessive permissions that could compromise my privacy.
Regarding ads, the game does feature advertisements, but they are not overly intrusive. I’ve noticed that they appear mainly between levels, and I can easily skip them. Additionally, the app does not seem to engage in aggressive tracking behavior, which is a significant concern for many users today. Overall, I feel secure using this app, knowing that my personal information is handled with care.

Zynga ruined a game that was fun. It took over 15 mins today before I can play due to all the annoying ads and just as it was getting close to play, the game crashed! Contacting support is a waste of time. Stop all the ads! If anyone wants to interact with an ad, the ad icons are also on the play screen. Also they're very cheap with giving free rewards

This was my favorite game for a long time, but the issues with the game have become very annoying. I've reached out to customer service numerous times (probably close to 50) and never get a response or any type of satisfaction. Over the past few years I've probably spent close to $1000 on purchases and many times the coins you get when you make a purchase would just disappear from my account and now hear lately I've been demoted nearly every week because I'm not receiving the items to progress.

I used to love this game. it apparent you have to spend money now to beat levels. you think your getting a great deal when you have 300+ coin but it goes with a day or two of playing. after I use up my current purchases, I'll be done with the game. it's a challenging fun game but not at spending $50 a week.

update 4/25/2026 I had been playing this game for years and really enjoyed it until lately. It is virtually impossible to play without going through at least 15 pop-ups, ads , challenges, etc. It took almost 5 minutes to actually get to where I could play. It is so annoying that by the time I make it through all of that I don't want to play anymore.

It takes too long to start playing with all the new added commercials for the game. Like 20 of them. I can't play the game unless I acknowledged each and every one of them. I hate it. put the design back the way you had it and if we want to go and see one of your commercials we just go and push on it. we don't have to watch 20 of them before we get to play. it's very upsetting because I I've spent a lot of money here and I'm well over 3,000 levels. please fix it
