I have not done any workout in over 10 years due to laziness and lack of motivation; tried multiple ways to be more active. Decided to try this app and it was perfect for about 10 days. I was in pain and fatigued as I should be, but workouts were short and varied enough to keep my attention and make me want to do them daily. The rest days were a godsend too. Then I noticed the increases that caused times > 7 minutes, even if done quickly (>10 min). Starting to lose interest and motivation now :/

I have used this app on and off for many years. I'd love that I can do a standard familiar routine or I can shake it up and do variations. this is especially helpful when I'm on the road and don't have any weights with me. it provides a good workout. if you need there are beautiful explanations I think exercise. you can set them for 30 seconds 40 seconds whatever you need. this app has been my go-to.

I'm a 13 year old boy and I've always lacked motivation for exercise, I used to be depressed because I never committed to being physically better, and I felt like with all that time I spent postponing and waiting for motivation, I could have already been toned and stronger, and that was the part that broke me the most, Until I found this miraculous epic app, 7 Minute Workout is the best exercise app there is, and I've tried many! this app trains you with the best exercises, JUST DOWNLOAD IT!

It's working for me. I'm overweight, and the littlest thing does a lot for me. I still love this app. I had to decrease a star only bc it won't transfer my data to my new phone. I so I had to play all the exercises I did already until I got to Day 19. That's when I left off. My weight had to be recorded to date instead of showing the progress I made. But it's doing what it is supposed to do for it to be free, I understand. Thanks

The app is the simplest way to get in your daily cardio, bodyweight, and general wellness. I use it for four circuits of the classic, five days a week. Being 33, I'm in better shape then some of my friends in their 20s. I don't build mass, but if you have functional strength, you don't need it. Function over form. I'm 6'1 160ish pounds. I only wish it had the option of the modified versions of certain things I do, like Tyson pushups and burpees.
