I want to preface this by saying the browser version is amazing. I am hooked. 10/10 The mobile version is not as good. Aside from the UI not being the most intuitive system, (which is understandable) I really just wish there was a Dark Mode/etc, and that the player's inner monologue/updates/etc didn't block the screen and actions. There should be a way to swipe them away or have them out of the way of the interactables. It just slows everything down too much for a game that costs money..

Did a few playthroughs, at first the story is minimal and hard to understand but after playing through a few times, made sense and frankly was heartfelt. For an indie game, I truly think this is a good one. Shallow in terms of content but considering how it incentives speed-running, it makes sense. Definitely good for a few hours but after that, well, it's lackluster. Good to pick up and play but once your done with all the endings, there really isn't much else.

I love this game. I've beat it three times, once on desktop, though the last two times were a while ago. I'll probably try it without building huts, now! My biggest complaint is probably that the menus can feel a bit crowded, particularly when it comes to inventory management. I also feel like the map could do with some kind of key? The map can also be harder to see when the light is between full brightness and darkness, but it's no big deal. Still, the game's definitely worth playing!

Wasn't sure if I would like it at first, but I found myself imagining the world in my head as I ventured around. I ended up a bit obsessed. The more I went on little expeditions, the more the world felt like it had this mysterious story... and that's where I got sucked in. I was kind of hoping for the story to be more fleshed out and have some stronger closure. I really liked this gameplay style. But again, being text based, a stronger story would've made it just a bit more special.

Great text based idler. A short play at around two hours or so, but fairly replayable with randomized maps each play through and different self-imposed challenges to try. Its a great game to pick up when you need to burn some time. Absolutely no ads and completely offline play, which makes it infinitely better than most titles on mobile. The story has changed quite significantly from the original web browser game, and it was really engaging! Going to get the pre-sequel as soon as I can.
