3.9 ClickUp: Tasks, Chat, Docs, AI is a comprehensive productivity tool that combines various functionalities into one seamless platform. Here are some of its standout features:
As a freelance project manager, I juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. ClickUp has become my go-to tool for managing these diverse tasks. For instance, I recently worked on a marketing campaign for a client, and I used ClickUp to create a detailed project plan. I set up tasks for each phase of the campaign, assigned them to my team, and tracked progress in real-time. Additionally, I utilized the chat feature to communicate with my team without leaving the app, which streamlined our workflow significantly. Whether I’m drafting documents, managing deadlines, or collaborating with my team, ClickUp has proven to be an invaluable asset in my daily operations.
The user interface of ClickUp is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through its various features. Upon logging in, I was greeted with a clean dashboard that displayed my tasks and projects at a glance. The workflow is straightforward; creating a new task is as simple as clicking a button and filling out the necessary details. I particularly appreciate the drag-and-drop functionality, which allows me to rearrange tasks effortlessly. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any noticeable lag, even when I have multiple projects open. Overall, my experience with ClickUp has been overwhelmingly positive; it has significantly enhanced my productivity and organization.
ClickUp offers a variety of pricing plans to cater to different user needs. The free version is quite robust, providing essential features for individuals or small teams. For those looking for more advanced functionalities, the paid plans start at a reasonable monthly fee, which includes additional features like time tracking and advanced reporting. I found the pricing to be competitive compared to other productivity tools, especially considering the extensive features offered.
ClickUp is committed to continuous improvement, regularly rolling out updates that enhance functionality and user experience. I’ve noticed several updates since I started using the app, including new integrations and feature enhancements. The support team is also responsive; I reached out with a question about a feature, and they replied promptly with helpful guidance. The extensive knowledge base and community forums are additional resources that make finding solutions easy.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and ClickUp takes these concerns seriously. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the security standards set by these platforms. When registering, I was required to provide basic personal information, which is standard for most productivity apps. Importantly, ClickUp does not bombard users with ads, and I have not noticed any intrusive tracking behavior while using the app. They have a clear privacy policy that outlines how user data is handled, which adds an extra layer of trust. Overall, I feel secure using ClickUp for my personal and professional projects, knowing that my data is protected.

I can't log in. I enter my username and password and then it just kicks me back to the page on which you enter your username creating an endless loop. Trying to get set up on the desktop version has been a true struggle with numerous bugs and incorrect instructions from their AI hallucinating things that don't exist to the interface breaking repeatedly. I still want it to work but now there isn't even a usable ap so I'm not sure how long I'm going to continue the struggle.

What is going on with this mobile app - you guys have made it impossible to match up to an already existing clickup account. I signed up on my PC first, then downloaded the app to my phone. Once the app is open there is no login option; only a button that sends an email to me, and everytime I click that one and only option I get a message that there was a "problem with email" and nothing happens. Why not just let existing users login, link their devices and move on?

I really enjoy clickup desktop, but the app needs some serious work. There are a host of bugs that need to be addressed. I keep on trying workarounds to get to a spot where I can use it, but every bug I circumvent, a new one appears. I was using the mobile app in an attempt to use it as my personal task manager, but it's not going to work. Going to cancel my subscription until they iron out the kinks.

I spent the day looking for an app that I can use for free (until I can afford to pay a subscription) that allows me to invite people and share tasks that need done. This app made that very simple with everything I want; task descriptions, subtask, comments, assigning, and much more. I can also access this from my phone, computer(s), and even my Chromebook. I recommend using this instead of waiting for Microsoft to reset a phone number in 30 days.

I really love the desktop app, but the Android app is buggy and isn't adding all scheduled task to the calendars and "next up" or "tomorrow" tabs. Also, the widget is completely useless. I was hoping the widget would have a few options including a calendar, but it's just a list of "today" tasks so you can't even see what you have coming up the following day.
