4.8 Using the Crumbl app has become a delightful part of my weekly routine. Every Sunday, I check the app to see the new cookie flavors for the week. It’s like a mini-event that I look forward to, especially when I’m planning a movie night with friends. I often use the app to order a variety of cookies to share, ensuring that everyone has something they love. Additionally, during busy workdays, I find myself using the order-ahead feature to grab a quick treat during my lunch break, which has become a little ritual that brightens my day.
The Crumbl app boasts a clean and intuitive user interface that makes navigation a breeze. The layout is visually appealing, with mouth-watering images of the cookies that make it hard to resist ordering more than I intended. The workflow is seamless; I can easily browse the menu, customize my cookie box, and check out in just a few taps. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any glitches, which is crucial when I’m in a hurry. Overall, my experience with the app has been overwhelmingly positive, as it combines functionality with a delightful aesthetic that enhances my cookie-buying experience.
Crumbl’s pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality and freshness of the cookies. A standard cookie costs around $4, while a box of four cookies is priced at approximately $12. They also offer special deals and promotions, which I find to be a great way to indulge without breaking the bank. The loyalty program further adds value, allowing me to earn points towards free cookies, making each purchase feel rewarding.
The Crumbl app is regularly updated, which keeps the user experience fresh and engaging. I appreciate how they often introduce new features based on user feedback, showing that they value their customers’ opinions. Customer support is also commendable; I once had a question about my order, and their response was prompt and helpful. The support team is accessible through the app, making it easy to get assistance whenever needed.
As an American user, I prioritize security and privacy when using apps, and Crumbl does not disappoint. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During registration, I was only required to provide basic personal information, such as my name and email address, which I found to be reasonable.
Importantly, Crumbl does not bombard users with ads, which enhances the overall experience. I also appreciate that they are transparent about their data usage policies, ensuring that my information is not shared with third parties without my consent. Overall, I feel secure using the Crumbl app, knowing that my privacy is respected while I indulge in my favorite cookies.

I struggled through every part of using this app. I tried signing in, had an error three times. It kept auto filling my code and then not allowing me to enter it. I tried creating a pre-order, filled out every field, the checkout button continued to stay greyed out so I couldn't continue. Tried paying with a gift card. scanned the gift card, saw the amount, hit "apply to order"; it never applied so I purchased my order with the default card instead of my gift cards. Absolutely infuriating!

Does not show secret cookies during the pink member discount window. Doesn't add vouchers to your list when you scan them. Has to be restarted to refresh properly. The I'm Here button does not work, always returning an error about not finding the receipt. Now they're not even showing the names of cookies on Sunday and you have to tell the staff your order when you get there. Get it together, crumbl.

I have tried to login multiple times it sends me a code, but then there's not submit or enter button to actually log in. I tried to order online, but it wouldn't let me because items were sold out. I adjusted my cart and it still wouldn't let me check out. I had to go into the store and order, not that I had an issue with that, but the app is supposed to help not hinder.

Having issues with curbside pickup. app wont let me say "I'm here" with the button. I keep having to call the store. Unsure if new issue or store problem as it worked the first time but at a different store eta they took the ability to see 2 weeks ahead for the cookie lined up. I have adhd so that was nice so I could put it in my calendar for a reminder.

I can't use my name and Mobile number to place an online order when using the app. I tried several attempts in the app and never got the security code sent to my phone. I went to their main website on Google Chrome and supposedly it did the same exact thing. Sadly, I am still having technical issues with both.
