4.5 Docusign - Upload & Sign Docs is a powerful tool that simplifies the process of signing documents electronically. With its user-friendly interface and robust features, it has become an essential app for both personal and professional use. Here are some of its standout features:
As a freelance graphic designer, I often find myself in situations where I need to sign contracts, NDAs, or invoices quickly. One of the most common scenarios is when I land a new project and need to send a signed contract to the client. Instead of printing, signing, and scanning the document, I simply open Docusign on my phone, upload the contract, and sign it digitally. This not only saves time but also reduces paper waste, which is something I’m passionate about.
Another scenario is when I collaborate with other freelancers on joint projects. We often need to sign agreements that outline our roles and responsibilities. Using Docusign, I can send the document to all parties involved, and we can all sign it without the hassle of back-and-forth emails. It streamlines the process and ensures everyone is on the same page.
The user interface of Docusign is clean and intuitive, making it easy for anyone to navigate. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a straightforward dashboard that allows me to upload documents or access my signed files quickly. The workflow for signing documents is seamless; I can add my signature, initials, and even text fields with just a few taps. The performance is impressive, with documents loading quickly, and I’ve never experienced any lag, even with larger files.
Overall, my experience with Docusign has been overwhelmingly positive. The convenience of signing documents on the go has transformed how I handle paperwork. I feel more organized and efficient, and the app has become an indispensable part of my daily routine.
Docusign offers a variety of pricing plans to cater to different user needs. The basic plan is free, allowing users to sign documents but with limited features. For more advanced functionalities, such as template creation and multi-party signing, the paid plans start at a reasonable monthly fee. I find the pricing to be fair, especially considering the time and hassle it saves me in managing contracts and agreements.
The Docusign app is regularly updated, ensuring that users have access to the latest features and security enhancements. I appreciate the prompt customer support available through the app, which has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions or encountered minor issues. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to resolve any concerns quickly.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to handling sensitive documents. Docusign is available on both the App Store and Google Play, and it has a solid reputation for security. The app employs advanced encryption methods to protect your documents, ensuring that your personal information remains confidential.
When registering for the app, users are required to provide basic personal information, such as an email address. I appreciate that Docusign does not bombard users with ads or engage in excessive tracking behavior, which is a common concern with many apps today. Instead, it focuses on providing a secure and efficient platform for document management. Overall, I feel confident using Docusign, knowing that my data is protected and my privacy is respected.

awful user interface. Also immediately after purchasing a subscription and realizing the feature I needed was unavailable I was unable to get to a cancel subscription option. I reached out through email and never received a response. Using this app has been a nightmare and a headache. I highly suggest one of their competitors who charge less and offer more, especially in terms of customer service.

I just downloaded your app to store the one document I have related to a court case. I don't want or have use of anything but your free feature & thank you for the free one. 3 stars until I see how this plays out. My initial suggestion is make the space where a signature is required at least 3-4 times bigger and make it stationary and stable. all that wiggling around trying to sign in tiny box is ridiculous yeh, I know " thank you for being our customer"ur canned response is very insincere

The free version is terrible. The process is not optimized at all, too many unnecessary steps just to sign and share a document. The batch send options are very bad as well, because it groups the batch into a new single document. Wouls not recommend. The only reason for 2 stars is because I actually managed to sign and send a pdf. But terrible experience and will delete the app now.

The only way to sign forms! I don't have a computer, and sometimes my phone doesn't let me edit a form or even show 100% of a form. Docusign let's me download the forms, and edit them by typing or a signature. Then it emails the finished document to the person who needs it. I found it easy to use and understand. Has saved me from going out and paying for printing a couple of times. It also saves trees, by not wasting paper.

Ok. Except it's really only "free" for a couple documents, then kind of costly. If you don't have a lot of things to use it for regularly, but more than the couple, then it's a cost is not great. It's difficult to navigate for someone who is not fluent with digital documents, especially if you need to send out and receive back a second signature. Couldn't find a setting on my device for 2 people to input their information and signatures, only wanted to allow for 1. Was kind of a PITA. But, works
