/ As a busy professional, I often find myself juggling work and personal commitments, which is where the "EE TV" app comes into play. One of my favorite scenarios is during my daily commute. I usually hop on the train for about 30 minutes, and instead of scrolling through social media, I open the app to catch up on my favorite shows. The live TV streaming feature allows me to watch the news or a sports game in real-time, making my commute feel productive and enjoyable.
Another scenario is during family movie nights. With the on-demand content feature, I can easily browse through a plethora of movies and shows that cater to everyone's tastes. Last weekend, we decided to watch a classic family film, and the app made it incredibly easy to find it and start streaming without any hassle. It’s become a staple in our household for entertainment.
The user interface of "EE TV" is one of its standout features. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a clean and organized layout that makes navigation a breeze. The main menu is straightforward, allowing me to quickly access live TV, on-demand content, and my personalized recommendations. I particularly love how the app categorizes content, making it easy to find genres I enjoy.
In terms of performance, the app runs smoothly without any noticeable lag, even when streaming live content. I’ve experienced minimal buffering, which is crucial when I’m engrossed in a show. The overall experience has been positive, and I appreciate the thoughtful design that enhances my viewing pleasure. After using "EE TV," I feel satisfied and entertained, often looking forward to my next viewing session.
When it comes to pricing, "EE TV" offers a competitive subscription model that provides excellent value for the range of content available. I opted for the monthly plan, which allows me to enjoy all the features without a long-term commitment. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the variety of channels and on-demand options at my fingertips. I find it to be a worthwhile investment for my entertainment needs.
One of the aspects I appreciate about "EE TV" is the regular updates that enhance the app's functionality. The developers seem committed to improving user experience, as I’ve noticed new features and bug fixes rolled out frequently. Additionally, customer support is responsive and helpful. I had a minor issue with my account, and their support team resolved it quickly, which left me feeling valued as a user.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and "EE TV" does not disappoint. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, but I appreciated that the app clearly outlined how my data would be used.
Moreover, "EE TV" has a transparent privacy policy that reassures users about data protection. I did not encounter intrusive ads or excessive tracking behavior, which is often a concern with streaming apps. The app seems to prioritize user privacy, allowing me to enjoy my viewing experience without feeling like my data is being exploited. Overall, I feel secure using "EE TV," knowing that my personal information is handled responsibly.

I used the app for ages, casting from phone to TV. Now it's stopped completely, and just get an error message from Chromecast. Other apps work fine casting the same way, just suddenly EE TV App stops work. I've tried disconnecting, resetting, reinstalling and to no prevail.

Lots of bugs in recent months, but the team do get around to fixing after reporting them. Once fixed though new ones do keep appearing - the bug with the scheduled recordings no longer showing the programme synopsis was fixed, but it has returned again, so it doesn't show the programme info or series/episode info, and the thumbnail has now disappeared. I only use the listings & recordings/schedules section of the app so can't comment on the other featured. EDIT: thanks for the response/info.

whilst using the box its great its a cracking box slick , fast and great graphics to support ..but lack of support to watch tv or recordings on a tablet even via WiFi or Dlna etc disappoints...doesn't allow you even to download to the tablet anymore..I get certain channels are licensed but the box needs to be brought into a modern day streaming box..you view needs upgraded for this to happen

Was working fine until latest update (16 04.26) after which it forced me to sign in again. Which couldn't do, as now asks to verify via email authentication. So had to turn on PC. Make matters worse, it then pushed 2FA on as FORCED me to give them my mobile number to authenticate. No way to skip this? With all this, it STILL can't sign me in. Was fine before this. How can I remove my mobile?? and allow users to bypass/optional secure with 2FA? Still not signed in, 15mins later. Prior was great!

just updated this app and wish I hadn't. New version doesn't seem to allow setting for a series recording, older version did. or am I missing something?
