As someone who relies on Centrelink services, I find myself using the "Express Plus Centrelink" app in various scenarios throughout my week. For example, every fortnight, I need to report my income to ensure my payments are accurate. Instead of filling out forms manually, I simply log into the app, enter my earnings, and submit my report in minutes. This has not only saved me time but also reduced the stress of paperwork.
Another scenario is when I need to update my personal details, such as my address after moving. The app allows me to make these changes quickly without having to visit a Centrelink office, which can be a hassle. I also use the app to check my payment history, especially when budgeting for upcoming expenses like rent and groceries. The convenience of having all this information at my fingertips is invaluable.
The user interface of the "Express Plus Centrelink" app is intuitive and straightforward. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. If I ever encounter issues, the support options are readily available within the app, including FAQs and direct contact with Centrelink representatives. This level of support ensures that I can always get help when I need it.
As a user of the "Express Plus Centrelink" app, security and privacy are paramount concerns, especially given the sensitive nature of the information involved. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility and assurance regarding its safety. Importantly, the app does not display ads or engage in tracking behavior that could compromise user privacy. This is a significant relief, as I can use the app without worrying about my data being sold or misused. Overall, I feel confident that my personal information is protected while using the "Express Plus Centrelink" app, allowing me to focus on managing my benefits without unnecessary concerns.

App currently isn't opening, it kicks me out after half a second of being open. It also has a tendency to not say that I need to report In X amount of days like it used to. The app doesn't need updating, my phone is up to date and is newish, It is 100% the app and not an outside factor. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it, should not have to do this in the first place.

Unable to log into the app. I get code via MyID, but after entering the code, I can't get past entering the code as it simply takes me back to the MyID app. I tried the alternative method to log in using my passcode and email, but they are troublesome and I had the same issue of feeling like I was just going around in circles but not getting in to be able to set myself up to use the app. I can't recommend this app as it's the least user-friendly app I have ever tried to use.

Was surprised to discover the app had scored highest in my battery-usage meter for today, which is strange because I haven't used it since first I installed the apk. Deeper look, data transmit via wireless!? Again, not even used since instal and I never added my account because I stayed with the myGov version... peculiar..

Unable to log in with upgraded phone. Asked to verify on my gov id and comeback, however when you come back it asks you to verify again. After 2 days chatting to support staff unable to fix issue and they can't escalate the issue as there is no error code.

The app isn't letting me upload documents. Hasn't for weeks now. Everything is formatted correctly on my end, so it's not my fault. Can't even upload a simple PDF file.
