4.8 As a busy professional, I often find myself juggling meetings and deadlines, which leaves little time for meal prep. That's where the Jersey Mike's app comes into play. On days when I have back-to-back meetings, I use the app to place my lunch order in advance. I can customize my sandwich while sipping my morning coffee, ensuring that I have a delicious meal ready to pick up during my lunch break. Additionally, on weekends, I often use the app to order food for family gatherings. The ease of customizing multiple sandwiches for different tastes makes it a go-to solution for feeding a crowd.
The user interface of the Jersey Mike's app is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. The menu is well-organized, allowing me to quickly find my favorite items or explore new options. The ordering workflow is seamless; I can easily add items to my cart, customize them, and check out without any hassle. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly, with quick load times and no glitches. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I appreciate how the app enhances my Jersey Mike's visits, making them more efficient and enjoyable.
The pricing on the Jersey Mike's app is consistent with what you would expect at their physical locations. Sandwich prices range from around $7 to $12, depending on the size and ingredients. The app also offers exclusive deals and promotions, which can help save a few bucks. I recently took advantage of a buy-one-get-one-free offer, making my lunch outing even more budget-friendly. Overall, I find the pricing reasonable for the quality and freshness of the food.
Jersey Mike's regularly updates their app to improve functionality and user experience. I noticed a recent update that added new menu items and enhanced the rewards tracking feature, which I found very useful. Customer support is readily available through the app, with options to contact them via chat or email. I had a minor issue with my order once, and the support team was quick to respond and resolve my concern, which left me feeling valued as a customer.
When it comes to security and privacy, the Jersey Mike's app takes important measures to protect user data. It is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, such as my name and email address, which is standard for most food delivery apps. I appreciate that the app does not ask for excessive personal data, which can often be a red flag.
In terms of ads and tracking behavior, I noticed that the app does use some targeted advertising based on my preferences, but it does not feel intrusive. I have the option to opt-out of certain tracking features, which is a plus for privacy-conscious users. Overall, I feel secure using the Jersey Mike's app, knowing that my information is handled responsibly.

Awesome subs everytime. They know how pack on the meat. Mike's way is the only way to go. Lots of fresh veggies and the kick of oil & vinegar makes for a most excellent sub. My go to is the "Club" and it never fails to impress The app and staff make it an easy experience. Order on-line, walk up to the counter, and "bam" there it is with a smile every time. Keep up the awesome work...

This app makes it very easy to order ahead and customize sandwiches. I wish customizing gave the option to remove specific meats or cheeses, but asking in the special instructions seems to work well enough. I enjoy being able to see if my local shop is out of certain ingredients so I can choose accordingly. Redeeming loyalty points is simple and the app reminds you when you're checking out, which is great.

this app sucks!!!! I'm sure it was adequate 15 years ago. you need to do better one of the these times will be my last. if u are ordering multiple items, it seems purposefully difficult to redeem points for one items. also placing recorders of an item seems to be impossible unless that's all you are ordering. sucks!!!!

Always accurate with orders. 👍🏼 Sometimes the description of the store location on the locator is a little vague. There is one in Geneva, IL..? They have the strip mall name listed in the title of the store instead of the exact address and the strip mall has no sign to identify it. It can make it a little harder to pin down a location when you're trying to choose a restaurant in an area you're unfamiliar with. The food is always great.

they say the latest update was to fix various bugs but they introduced a new one on my version. I don't have to log in to play the mini game and score bonus points but if I want to use them then the app forces me to log in. why? why doesn't it know who's played the mini game? I really don't understand the extra hoops you make us jump through just to place an order. it's like you don't want my business
