Real Experience Using "Keeper Password Manager"

Application Scenarios

In my daily life, I find myself using Keeper Password Manager in various scenarios. For instance, when I’m setting up a new online account for a service, I open the app to generate a strong password. This not only saves me time but also ensures that I’m not using weak or repeated passwords. Additionally, during work meetings, I often need to access multiple accounts quickly. With Keeper’s biometric login, I can seamlessly access my passwords without fumbling around for my notes or trying to remember them. Even when I travel, I rely on Keeper to store my travel itineraries and important documents securely, making it easy to access them on the go.

The basic plan is quite affordable, making it accessible for individuals, while the family and business plans provide additional features for those who need to manage multiple accounts. I opted for the individual plan, which gives me all the essential features without breaking the bank. The value I get from the app far outweighs the cost, especially considering the peace of mind it provides.

Their customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a question about a feature, and I received a prompt and helpful response. As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when choosing a password manager. Keeper Password Manager is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. They give you so many ways to recover, you are never without your passwords. Somebody designed a critical app that fits all the absent-minded, uninformed, non-technical users. I wouldn't trade this app for any of the other pw "boxes". New phone - no worries. Haven't created a pass-key (24 words} yet, still have options to recover. Very usable ui, and plenty of options to see your passwords any way you like, or not see them too.

Like many other reviews, this used to work but now it doesn't after the last update. Having all the same issues as everyone else. On top of that, I was charged $24.99 on 3/4/26 and then on 3/5/26 I was charged $52.48. When I sent an email from inside the program to support, I received an email saying that I had a free version and didn't get support. Yet they charge me $77.37 over a 2 day period. Doesn't sound free to me and now can't even contact support about it!!

Been using for years. It isn't perfect, but is good at storing login info. It sometimws asks to save new logins for things you already have saved a password for, which could be from a slight change in how sites have tweaked the login. You can also save payment cards if you like. You can use for Two-factor authentication, but it seems clunky to me.

Made a account on here since it is what my work it department wants me to use. I cannot even type in the name of a new password entry without the app crashing. I get one letter in, a whole bunch of suggestions pop up, hiding the keyboard, and then reshowing it. And now three times I have tried and failed to add an entry. So far it's unusable. Hope the desktop side is better I guess...

I've been using Keeper for years and have a family account. It's been great, for years, until recently. Now, we are experiencing shared records disappearing. Did an update break something? Records that we've shared with others in our family account no longer seem to be shared. This is extremely unfortunate when someone thinks they have access to a website and in the moment they need it, notice all of a sudden they do not. What have you changed? Can you please fix it & make it reliable again?
