4.7 Microsoft Edge: AI browser has rapidly evolved into a powerful tool that combines the best of web browsing with cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Here are some of its standout features that make it a compelling choice for users:
In my daily life, Microsoft Edge: AI browser has become an indispensable tool. Whether I’m working on a freelance writing project, planning a vacation, or simply browsing for entertainment, Edge seamlessly integrates into my routine. For instance, while planning a recent trip, I utilized the Collections feature to gather hotel options, flight information, and local attractions all in one place. This made it incredibly easy to compare my options and finalize my itinerary without the hassle of scattered bookmarks or notes.
The user interface of Microsoft Edge is sleek and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. The layout is clean, with a modern aesthetic that feels both familiar and fresh. I particularly enjoy the customizable homepage, which allows me to pin my favorite sites for quick access. The performance is impressive; pages load quickly, and I’ve noticed minimal lag even when I have multiple tabs open. The AI assistant is a game-changer, providing suggestions and insights that enhance my browsing experience. Overall, using Edge feels like having a personal assistant at my fingertips, making my online activities more efficient and enjoyable.
One of the best aspects of Microsoft Edge: AI browser is that it is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees or premium subscriptions required to access its robust features. This makes it an attractive option for users who want a powerful browsing experience without the financial commitment often associated with other browsers.
Microsoft is committed to regularly updating Edge, ensuring that users benefit from the latest features and security enhancements. I’ve noticed frequent updates that not only improve performance but also introduce new functionalities. Additionally, the support resources available are extensive, including a dedicated help center and community forums where users can seek assistance and share tips. This level of support gives me confidence in using the browser for both personal and professional tasks.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when choosing a web browser. Microsoft Edge: AI browser is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring a reliable source for downloads. The registration process is straightforward, requiring only basic information, which is a relief compared to some other browsers that demand extensive personal data.
One of my primary concerns is tracking behavior, and I appreciate that Edge offers built-in privacy tools. The tracking prevention feature allows me to control how much data I share with websites, and the integrated VPN adds an extra layer of security when browsing on public networks. Overall, I feel confident that my online activities are protected while using Microsoft Edge, making it a trustworthy choice for anyone concerned about their digital footprint.

Better than Chrome at least on my phone. Syncs well with my PC. Android Edge is already chromium based so web sites load correctly. One suggestion - allow us to add or you add more search engines. I read an interesting article that compared browsers based on power usage. Ranked from least to most usage. Edge was #2 using least amount of power (Brave was #1). That is impressive for Edge. Now you can add extensions (e.g. privacy). That is also impressive!

I've always used this as my default browser. I never updated it because the way it operated after an update always bothered me for some reason. I accidentally deleted it instead of another app, and had to reinstall. After doing so the way everything is still bothers me, if not even more than before. Wish there was a way to go back to a previous version without all the added AI slop.

I've used this app for years but can't use it now. AI Copilot has been an option for awhile, now it doesn't matter what you turn on or off it's forced on you. Page loads are painfully slow, maybe because the AI is constantly scanning so it can "help". The address bar doesn't allow you to do a standard search, I had it set to DuckDuckGo, and instead it loads Copilot. And yes, I turned off everything AI/Copilot in the app and used all the turn off guides advice, Copilot is still running.

The browser is okay, but I still prefer Firefox. Microsoft has been going downhill for a while now. The last two operating systems they made that were actually good were XP and Windows 7. Gamers don't want our stuff cloud-backed up. I read it everywhere. Maybe give us an option on the Start screen to turn all this nonsense off. If we're gonna continue down the rabbit hole, I'm gonna just purchase a Apple laptop.

A faithful version of Edge, very like the PC version. Surprisingly easy to use on the much smaller screen of a cell phone. Very different way of looking up previous tabs (different to that of the Google chrome/android browser). I think the Microsoft version makes better use of the available space on the cell phone screen... So I judge it better organized and easier to use. If you have a group of tabs you intend leaving open, you can give them a name. Awesome!
