4.4 Nike Training Club (NTC) is not just another fitness app; it’s a comprehensive training platform that caters to all fitness levels. Here are some of its standout features that make it a must-have for anyone looking to elevate their workout routine:
My journey with the Nike Training Club app began during the pandemic when my usual gym routine was disrupted. I found myself at home, struggling to stay motivated. One evening, I decided to give NTC a try after hearing rave reviews from friends. I set up my living room with a yoga mat and some dumbbells, ready to dive into a workout. The app’s user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate through the various workout options, and I quickly settled on a 45-minute full-body strength session. The flexibility of being able to work out at home, combined with the app’s diverse offerings, made it a game-changer for my fitness journey.
The user interface of the Nike Training Club app is sleek and intuitive. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that made it easy to find workouts based on my preferences. The feature workflow is seamless; I could filter workouts by duration, intensity, and type, which made it simple to find exactly what I needed. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any lag, even when streaming high-definition workout videos. After using the app for several months, I can confidently say that it has transformed my approach to fitness. The combination of expert-led sessions and the ability to track my progress has kept me motivated and engaged.
Nike Training Club offers a free version that provides access to a wide range of workouts, but for those looking for more advanced features, there’s a premium subscription available. The premium version unlocks exclusive workouts, personalized training plans, and nutrition guidance. I opted for the premium subscription after a month of using the free version, and I found the additional content well worth the investment. The pricing is competitive compared to other fitness apps, making it accessible for most users.
The app is regularly updated with new workouts and features, which keeps the content fresh and engaging. I appreciate that Nike actively listens to user feedback and implements changes based on community suggestions. Customer support is also commendable; I had a minor issue with syncing my workouts, and the support team responded promptly with a solution. Overall, the commitment to continuous improvement and user satisfaction is evident in every update.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, especially one that requires personal data. Nike Training Club is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the security standards set by these platforms. During the registration process, I was asked for basic information such as my name, email, and fitness goals, which felt reasonable. The app does not bombard users with ads, and I appreciate that it respects my privacy by not tracking my behavior outside of the app. Overall, I feel secure using NTC, knowing that my data is handled responsibly and that I can focus on my fitness journey without unnecessary distractions.

The workouts go from beginner to advanced with options for no equipment to full gym. I have been using this app for workouts for 3 months now and absolutely love it! If I had any suggestions it would be to have some more badges available to earn or have the app do a group training option where you have motivation and accountability from other users.

This app used to be great, but now it constantly has issues. Every time I open the app the Workout tab is missing the categorized workout tabs. I can only find workouts by looking through the 652 workouts. The only fix I've found is to uninstall the app, reinstall, and restart my phone. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I use the app. It's insanely frustrating and not worth the effort. FIX THE APP.

This was a really great app 10 years ago but has gone down since unfortunately. The latest update is worst, I don't know why you would ever take away the ability to choose what type of workout you are looking for (ie. yoga, strength, etc) without scrolling through all of the workout options. Probably going to delete after all these years. Workouts also aren't as potent as they used to be. Very repetitive, not much gain, but it is a good help if you need to follow a workout and watch examples.

I really love the app overall. Many options, new content available often, great trainers, free. There's only one issue: it's been glitching, in that it doesn't record workouts as completed within the program I'm doing. I got to stage 4 of one of KG's programs and every time I go back into the app, it says I didn't complete the workout I had just completed the previous day. I can skip the workout that I already did, but it will look like I never completed it. That's frustrating. Otherwise great

Previously this was a 5 star app. Lately however it's become very frustrating, specifically with programs and tracking. I'll do a workout in a set program, enter difficulty and where I did the workout and everything seems great. Next day when I login the app doesn't recognize I did the workout. This forces me to play the workout again, wait for it to finish, and then move into the next workout/stage in the program. Pretty frustrating and reading other reviews - common issue.
