4.6 The "NOW" app is a versatile tool designed to enhance productivity and streamline daily tasks. Here are some of its standout features that truly make it shine:
As a freelance graphic designer, my daily routine is often a whirlwind of client meetings, project deadlines, and creative brainstorming sessions. I rely heavily on the "NOW" app to keep everything organized. For example, during a recent project for a local business, I used the app to create a shared workspace where I could collaborate with the client. We exchanged ideas, shared design drafts, and provided feedback in real-time, which made the entire process smoother and more enjoyable.
The user interface of "NOW" is one of its most appealing aspects. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean, modern design that felt welcoming. Navigating through the various features was intuitive; I never felt lost or overwhelmed. The task management feature is particularly well-designed, allowing me to drag and drop tasks into different categories effortlessly. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any noticeable lag, even when I have multiple projects open. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, as the app has genuinely improved my productivity and organization.
"NOW" offers a free version with essential features, which is perfect for casual users. However, for those who need advanced functionalities, the premium subscription is reasonably priced at $9.99 per month. I opted for the premium version to unlock additional features, and I believe it’s worth every penny given the value it adds to my workflow.
The developers of "NOW" are proactive in providing updates, which is a huge plus. I’ve noticed several enhancements and new features rolled out in the past few months, keeping the app fresh and relevant. Additionally, their customer support is commendable; I reached out with a query about a feature, and they responded promptly with helpful guidance. This level of support gives me confidence in the app's longevity and reliability.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and "NOW" does not disappoint. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, but I appreciated that the app clearly outlined how my data would be used and protected.
Importantly, "NOW" does not bombard users with ads, which is a relief. Instead, it focuses on providing a seamless user experience. I also noticed that the app has robust privacy settings, allowing me to control what data I share and with whom. Overall, I feel secure using "NOW," knowing that my personal information is handled with care and transparency.

Customer service have ignored my email, so not great. I have trouble adding things to my watchlist, whether it's on my phone or laptop. it eventually adds certain things, but not all. Also having a problem watching South Park. it let me watch 14 episodes, now says the quality isn't suitable on my laptop. if I click on it on my phone, it says I don't even have now tv, even though I've been watching it every day and I've paid for the last 2 months. Annoying.

Why does this app give an error that you are streaming on top many devices when I'm not? Basically preventing you from using a service you have paid for. Not surprising that people are using dodgy fire sticks instead. The menu system is useless, can't watch programs on catch up straight away. Would not recommend, it is a really poor app at a premium price.

Good content, but not enough to justify the cost to just watch TV Shows when other services have much of the same content and movies for the same price if not cheaper. Not to mention the fact that the content will crash randomly during playback. Though this was funny in one episode dealing with rolling blackouts and it cut exactly when they said power should come back on.

Such a shame! Now TV has the best content but the worst TV apps! Brand new Hisense TV which has the same problems as the Samsung TV app and other TVs. Problem 1 is if you watch something on one TV it won't remember where you left off on a different TV. Problem 2 the subtitles sometimes work and sometimes don't. completely random and normal out of sync.

Some feedback. When someone adds a new card why don't you take payment straight away instead of 10p and then 2 days later at 2-3 in the morning when some people (ME) lock my debit card to stop it being used without me knowing. it's a feature built into every banking app. Freeze your debit card. Keep to the same date each month instead of a day or 2 early. Better still, have the option to pay for the 6 month offer all at once. 6x£4.99.....simple. One payment of £29.94.....how easy is that!!
