4.7 One Calendar is a versatile scheduling tool that brings together various calendar functionalities into a single, user-friendly interface. Here are some of its standout features:
As a busy professional balancing work and personal life, I rely heavily on One Calendar to keep everything organized. For instance, during the week, I use it to track my work meetings, deadlines, and project milestones. On weekends, I switch gears to manage family events, social gatherings, and even my workout schedule. The ability to view everything in one place has been invaluable, especially when planning for busy weeks ahead. I often find myself adding events on the go, whether I’m at my desk or out running errands, and the app’s mobile functionality ensures I never miss a beat.
The user interface of One Calendar is one of its strongest points. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a clean layout that feels modern and inviting. Navigating through the different views—daily, weekly, and monthly—is smooth, and I appreciate the quick access to add new events. The performance is stellar; I’ve never experienced lag or crashes, even when syncing multiple calendars. Adding events is straightforward, and the customizable reminders ensure I’m always alerted in a timely manner. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, as the app has made managing my schedule less stressful and more efficient.
One Calendar offers a free version with essential features, which is great for casual users. However, for those who want to unlock premium features like advanced task management and additional customization options, there’s a subscription model available. The pricing is competitive compared to other calendar apps, and I find the investment worthwhile given the productivity boost it provides.
The developers of One Calendar are proactive in providing updates, which often include new features and performance enhancements. I’ve noticed regular improvements that enhance usability and fix any minor bugs. Customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a question about syncing issues, and they responded promptly with helpful guidance. This level of support gives me confidence in the app’s reliability.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to using apps like One Calendar. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide minimal personal data, which I appreciated. The app does not bombard users with ads, and I have not noticed any intrusive tracking behavior, which is a significant plus for me. Overall, I feel secure using One Calendar, knowing that my data is handled responsibly and that my privacy is respected.

Works well and easy to use. I have been using this for over 5 years and this has been a lifesaver for scheduling appointments. So far it has been better than using a paper calendar. When I have to change a date or time it is easy to go in and make the edits without having to erase or even use whiteout. I like that it gives you the option to have the calendar remind you in advance when your appointment starts or when your event is starting.

It's a fine calendar, but there are some usability hurdles. When launching the app by clicking on the widget, it will often launch the app in the last place you left off rather than the event you select on the widget. Also there's no assistance when entering addresses onto events. And to open a map with an event's location, you need to be in edit mode on the event.

Definitely the most reliable calendar app out there. Just one thing would make this app way above others. If you were to add a scrollable day slot in month view instead of putting +2 for more events in one of your next up dates, that would be so helpful. Everyday has more than 4 events on my calendar. Having to click on the day spot then having to click out of the day spot makes it easy to miss events because I have to click on everyday to make sure i am not missing any events. 🙏 👍

Works well to sync Google calendar, Outlook and Windows 10 calendar apps. I haven't tried it with others. Syncs best if you enter the appointment in One calendar first. It doesn't always pick up entries that you put into other calendars. If you have multiple calendar apps on your phone, tablet or computer, it will result in multiple reminders. I don't know how to get around that. For reminders from OneCalendar you have to go into the calendar entry to change the reminder time. I have not found a simple way to delay the reminder when it appears. If you are out of cell coverage, calendar is slow to load because it cannot sync.

I've been looking for a calendar app that works with my self hosted Nextcloud server (version 29). The app is incredibly easy to use and setup. Very simple GUI which is exactly what I want. I haven't had it long enough to see if the notifications work or not but it does sync without issues to and from my Nextcloud server. Very impressed so far. Also, I looked around the app to see if there is a donate or send me a beer/coffee but didn't see one as I want to send them few bucks.
