4.8 PicCollage: Photo Video Editor is a versatile app that brings creativity to your fingertips. With its user-friendly interface and a plethora of features, it allows users to create stunning collages and videos effortlessly. Here are some of the core features that make this app stand out:
As someone who loves to document life’s moments, I often find myself reaching for PicCollage in various scenarios. Whether it’s creating a scrapbook for my child’s first birthday or putting together a visual presentation for work, this app has become an essential tool in my daily life. Recently, I used it to create a collage for a family reunion. I gathered photos from different family members, and with PicCollage, I was able to merge them into a single, cohesive piece that captured the essence of our gathering. The ease of use allowed me to focus on the memories rather than getting bogged down by complicated software.
The user interface of PicCollage is refreshingly straightforward. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that made navigation intuitive. The workflow is seamless; I could easily select photos, choose a template, and start customizing without any hiccups. The performance was impressive as well; the app loaded quickly, and I didn’t experience any lag while editing. I particularly appreciated the variety of editing tools available, from resizing images to adding text and stickers. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I felt empowered to unleash my creativity without feeling overwhelmed.
PicCollage offers a free version that provides ample features for casual users. However, for those looking to unlock premium features, there is a subscription model available. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the extensive library of templates and stickers that come with the premium version. I opted for the subscription during a promotional period, and it has been worth every penny, given the enhanced capabilities it provides.
The developers of PicCollage are proactive in providing updates, which is a significant plus. I’ve noticed regular enhancements and new features being added, keeping the app fresh and relevant. Additionally, the support team is responsive; I had a minor issue with a feature, and they addressed it promptly through their customer service channels. This level of support gives me confidence in the app’s reliability and longevity.
When it comes to security and privacy, PicCollage takes several measures to ensure user safety. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. Upon registration, I was only required to provide minimal personal data, which is a relief in today’s digital age. I appreciate that the app does not ask for excessive permissions, focusing instead on what is necessary for functionality.
Regarding ads and tracking behavior, I noticed that while the free version does include ads, they are not overly intrusive. The app also provides options to manage privacy settings, allowing users to control how their data is used. Overall, I feel secure using PicCollage, knowing that my personal information is handled with care.

When trying to save the image the app immediately takes away all the navigation buttons of your phone, and you are forced to view (and click on) ads. Only after viewing/clicking on the ads does it allow you to then exit the app. Otherwise your phone is stuck on the ads screen, and there isn't a way to close out of the app until you interact with the ads.

I've used PicCollage pretty consistently over several years, on various phones, and I used to really enjoy it. My sole gripe with the actual editing itself is that it's been weird about auto-adjusting the rotations/positions of pics and stickers lately. Forever ago, I paid to remove the watermark but otherwise was content with the free features- suddenly we can't even *save* a collage without being a subscriber. All these years, and I'm finally, sadly looking for an alternative app.

I've used this app for 6 years and loved it. I started having an issue not being able to print from this app so I uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the issue. It did not work but the watermark I paid to have removed came back. I contacted support and they said there was no record of my payment and that maybe I was logged into the wrong playstore account. I only use one account for Google so I told them that. They are unwilling to fix this. So a over 99 cents purchase they have lost a user.

I've had this app for years and was always my favorite because you could use most of it for free. A few of the colors and templates were premium. Which was okay. logged in 2/27/25 and pretty much everything was premium! There are maybe 3 templates to choose from. it's very sad now that you have to pay to use the app. after 8 years of having it I will be deleting. I don't want to pay yet another subscription

After over 3 years, I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 1. Why? So... Now they're charging us to save images & no, of course you can't take a screenshot. So on top of some of the backgrounds &,stickers I've paid for going missing; I no longer have a reason to use this app anymore. I've paid for many things over 3+ years & have loved this app, but it's clear PicCollage dosent value long term loyal customers.
