4.3 As an electrician, I frequently encounter situations where precise conduit bending is essential. One of the most memorable instances was during a commercial renovation project where I had to run conduit through a tight space. I pulled out QuickBend to calculate the necessary bends quickly. The app not only provided the measurements but also helped me visualize the bends, ensuring I could navigate the tricky layout without any hiccups.
Another scenario was when I was tasked with installing outdoor lighting for a client. The bends needed to be perfect to avoid any future issues with water ingress. Using QuickBend, I was able to calculate the bends accurately and even saved the project details for future reference. This feature proved invaluable when the client requested additional lighting later on.
The user interface of QuickBend is sleek and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for those who may not be tech-savvy. The main dashboard is clean, with all essential features easily accessible. I particularly appreciate the straightforward workflow; entering measurements and selecting conduit types is a breeze. The app performs smoothly without any lag, which is crucial when I’m on a job site and need quick answers. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I feel more confident in my bending skills thanks to the app's guidance.
QuickBend offers a competitive pricing model that is well worth the investment for professionals in the electrical field. The app is available for a one-time purchase, which I found to be reasonable considering the time and material savings it provides. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions, making it a straightforward choice for anyone looking to enhance their conduit bending capabilities.
The developers of QuickBend are proactive in providing updates, which I appreciate as a user. I’ve noticed several enhancements since I first downloaded the app, including new features and improved performance. Customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a question about a specific feature, and they responded promptly with helpful guidance. This level of support gives me confidence that the app will continue to evolve and meet my needs.
When it comes to security and privacy, QuickBend takes user concerns seriously. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. Upon registration, I was only required to provide minimal personal information, which is a relief in today’s data-sensitive environment.
Importantly, QuickBend does not bombard users with ads, which can often be a nuisance in free apps. I also appreciate that the app does not engage in excessive tracking behavior, allowing me to use it without worrying about my data being sold or misused. Overall, I feel secure using QuickBend, knowing that my privacy is respected while I focus on my work.

I would give 5 stars if that stupid slider BS wasn't a thing. I can't find out how to disable it and just switch to a normal numpad input. I dont wanna fiddle around with plus or minus whatever or sliding my finger around. I wanna type the dang number and be done. Otherwise, it is near perfect for 1" and 3/4. Haven't tried bigger sizes yet but it's a calculator, so I'm sure they'll be correct.

This is a fantastic app. Years ago I made a chart for all the benders I've used on the job which included info about the start of bend, the centerline radius, the deductions and the minimum distance from the end of conduit to the shoe. It also had the formula for the developed length of a bend. I don't have to use that chart anymore. This app does it for me.

I hate that I can't change the "between bends" and "first bend" on the comp 90 bends. That would have been so useful. I love the protractor, although I wish It would be able to zero out itself at true 0⁰ instead of me having to do it manually with a level. I'm still learning, how to bend and how to use the app. The main thing is being able to change more aspects of the bends like I had mentioned in the first paragraph, but this app is pretty good.

Prior I was frustrated to find that the deduction was editable because I would have to manually input the deductions now. The creator reached out to me, assuring that the defaults are still in place and editable. Very happy with the responsiveness to my concern. As such, I've changed my rating. I'm quite pleased with my experience using the app.

Great app. One thing they could add is concentric bends. If that was added it would literally have every possible option for bending with any type of bender. Other than that, it has made years of pipe bending so much easier. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks for such a great app. Well worth the price -IBEW Local 73 member
