4.5 As someone who loves capturing moments, I often find myself sifting through countless photos on my phone. One day, while reminiscing about a family reunion, I stumbled upon a group photo that perfectly encapsulated our joy. I decided to use Revive to animate this still image. The app allowed me to add subtle movements, like the gentle sway of my cousin's hair and the laughter of my niece, making the photo feel alive. I also used it to create a fun animation for my friend's birthday, turning a simple selfie into a vibrant celebration that we could share with everyone.
The first thing that struck me about Revive was its clean and user-friendly interface. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a simple layout that made navigation a breeze. The workflow was straightforward: I selected a photo, chose an animation style, and within moments, I had a lively animation ready to share. The performance was impressive; the app processed my images quickly without any lag, which is a huge plus for someone like me who often gets impatient waiting for apps to load. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I felt a sense of accomplishment each time I created a new animation.
Revive offers a free version with basic features, which is great for casual users. However, for those looking to unlock the full potential of the app, there’s a premium subscription available. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality of animations you can create. I opted for the premium version after a week of using the free one, as I wanted access to all the customizable features and styles.
The developers of Revive are quite proactive in providing updates, which is reassuring. I noticed several enhancements and new features rolled out within the first month of my usage. Additionally, the support team is responsive; I had a minor issue with one of the animation styles, and they addressed my concern promptly. It’s comforting to know that the app is continuously improving and that help is readily available if needed.
As an American user, I take security and privacy seriously, especially when using apps that require personal data. Revive is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was only asked for minimal personal information, which is a relief compared to many other apps that demand extensive data. I also appreciated that there were no intrusive ads or tracking behavior while using the app, allowing me to enjoy my experience without distractions. Overall, I feel secure using Revive, knowing that my data is handled responsibly.

I would not recommend this app unless you plan on being charged 20 dollars a week without your knowledge. Let me explain to everyone how their scams work. Once you pay 7.99 to try the app It's almost impossible to find how to cancel your subscription. This app is not found through your Google subscriptions. I couldn't find it in my subscriptions so I thought perhaps I did cancel it. Nope, the next week rolls around and here I am being charged 19.99 without my knowledge.

The lip sync makes any photo look like Stevie Wonder in the way it makes the head do a "continuous" "exact" movement while the rest of your photo is still. I'm sampling the free version & I've read about the benefits of paid version. I would pay for it in a heartbeat if it were able to actually use more than just 1 or 2 songs from popular artists, which are mostly B-side songs. I realize the copyright. Don't make an app for singning if you can't get copyright permission. Otherwise, it's free fun

I really like it. It sure makes animating your pics fun. Though, it does take some patience. I've been using it for a couple years. I've used it a lot with dogs I walked and in a lot of different pop up dog art. And, I've learned a few things that worked. If you're using it for your dog take a couple different pics. They should be facing forward, in good outside light and within 10 feet. Though, I'm having some issues with close up images with my pop up. I'll email support later.

When I clicked on the 'X' top-right of price package page, I was instantly given an option for a lifetime, one-time payment of $19.99. It was for images and videos, BUT there was a fee of $7.49 on everything I chose! SCAM! My one-time payment was stolen because everything i want in the app, I need to add a payment. And it's still rendering after 20 mins! There's no dancing too!

App is broken with major missing features. 1) I purchased the Pro and on the login page there is no way to login. 2) When I tried to create my 1st basic animation the app has been stuck in generating for 2 hours now and will not let me do anything else. There is no way to cancel the current stuck animation. I have cleared my phone cache and rebooted my phone several times. I have also deleted the app and re-installed it to no avail. Over 2 hours wasted. Avoid this app. It is very dodgy.
