4.6 In my daily life, I often find myself juggling multiple responsibilities, from work deadlines to family commitments. One of my favorite scenarios for using Simple Habit is during my morning routine. I wake up, brew my coffee, and dedicate just ten minutes to a guided meditation. This practice sets a positive tone for my day, helping me approach tasks with a clear mind.
Another scenario is during my commute. While I prefer public transport, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle around me. I pull out my phone, put on my headphones, and dive into a calming session that helps me transition from the chaos of the outside world to a more focused mindset for work.
The user interface of Simple Habit is clean and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a welcoming dashboard that showcases my progress and suggests new meditations. The workflow is seamless; I can easily browse through categories or search for specific topics. Each session is well-structured, with clear instructions and soothing background music that enhances the experience.
Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any glitches or lag, which is crucial when I’m trying to immerse myself in meditation. Overall, my feelings after using the app are overwhelmingly positive. I feel more centered and equipped to handle daily stressors, and I appreciate the sense of community fostered by the app’s features.
Simple Habit offers a free version with limited access, but I opted for the premium subscription to unlock the full library of meditations. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality of content and the expertise of the instructors. I found the monthly subscription to be a worthwhile investment in my mental well-being, and I appreciate the flexibility of being able to cancel anytime.
The developers of Simple Habit are proactive in providing updates, regularly adding new content and features based on user feedback. I’ve noticed improvements in the app’s performance and the introduction of new meditation series that keep the experience fresh. Customer support is responsive and helpful; I reached out once with a question about my subscription, and they addressed my concern promptly and courteously.
As an American user, I prioritize security and privacy when using apps, and Simple Habit does not disappoint. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring a level of trustworthiness. During registration, I was only required to provide minimal personal data, which is a relief in today’s digital age.
Importantly, Simple Habit does not bombard users with ads, which enhances the overall experience. I appreciate that the app respects my privacy and does not engage in excessive tracking behavior. The developers have made it clear in their privacy policy that they prioritize user data protection, which gives me peace of mind while I focus on my meditation practice.

This app seems very easy to use after doing the first 7 days with the app. It seems that there are a good bit of free meditations which is nice. Also, it's nice for me as a beginner, that the meditations seem to be about 8 minutes or less each day. Some other apps I have tried had longer meditations after the initial trial period and it was hard for me to form a habit because the longer meditations were too much too soon.

My only complaint is that you can't access most of the meditations without paying, but I can't even complain about that because this app is so perfect it's worth paying for - and there are still many free. I love the "streak" system and how easy it is to find the exact meditation you need for what you're dealing with (school, work, anxiety, a big presentation, etc). It also saved me from one of the worst panic attacks I've ever experienced. Definitely a "must have" if you struggle with anxiety.

Just got this app but loving it so far! The first time I used it was at bedtime because I've been having trouble falling asleep. I woke up 8 hours later having had the best night of sleep I've had in months. The next night I used a kids bedtime meditation for my 3 kids (who never go to sleep well when they are all in the same room) and they were asleep by the end of the 10 minutes. I was impressed that the guide kept their attention and lulled them to sleep so easily. I may subscribe soon!

I'm only a few days into it but I think this is the best mediation app I've used (and I've used the other two big ones). I like that there are so many different instructors and the variation of lengths of meditations to choose from (because let's face it - sometimes we don't have 30 mins. to sit or we just don't want to). I will definitely be upgrading in the weeks to come but for now, the free version is excellent too.

It has a nice way of giving you nice easy chewable chunks of knowledge to think on or work with. I've tried to use other apps and while I learned some useful tips, I always found myself either feeling overwhelmed or bored after a short time and I would fall out of practice. So far I am on a 5 day streak (of my first 7 days) and I don't feel either. And while I wasn't able to do all 7 in a row, I don't feel less engaged or like I missed anything. Great stuff!
