4.3 “Sleep Cycle: Sleep Tracker” is not just another sleep app; it’s a comprehensive tool designed to help you understand and improve your sleep patterns. Here are some of its standout features:
As someone who juggles a busy work schedule and personal commitments, I often find myself struggling to maintain a consistent sleep routine. I started using “Sleep Cycle” during a particularly hectic week when I was working late nights and waking up early for meetings. The app quickly became my go-to tool for managing my sleep. Each night, I would set the smart alarm to wake me up at the optimal time, and I was amazed at how much more alert I felt in the mornings. On weekends, I used the app to track my sleep patterns while indulging in a few extra hours of rest, allowing me to see how my body responded to different sleep durations.
The user interface of “Sleep Cycle” is sleek and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through its various features. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean dashboard that displayed my sleep data at a glance. Setting up the smart alarm was a breeze; I simply selected my desired wake-up time and the app took care of the rest. The sleep analysis feature provided me with detailed reports, which I found both informative and motivating. I appreciated the visual graphs that illustrated my sleep cycles, making it easy to identify patterns. Overall, the app performed flawlessly, with no glitches or crashes during my usage. I felt empowered by the insights it provided, which encouraged me to make healthier choices regarding my sleep habits.
“Sleep Cycle: Sleep Tracker” offers a free version with basic features, but to unlock its full potential, I opted for the premium subscription. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the wealth of data and insights it provides. The premium version includes advanced features like detailed sleep statistics and personalized coaching, which I found invaluable for improving my sleep quality. The subscription model is flexible, allowing users to choose between monthly or yearly plans, making it accessible for different budgets.
The developers of “Sleep Cycle” are committed to continuous improvement, regularly releasing updates that enhance functionality and user experience. I noticed a recent update that introduced new sleep sounds, which added variety to my bedtime routine. Customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a question about syncing my data with another health app, and I received a prompt and helpful response. This level of support reassured me that the developers are invested in their users’ experiences.
As an American user, I take security and privacy seriously, especially when it comes to apps that track personal data. “Sleep Cycle: Sleep Tracker” is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. The app requires minimal personal information for registration, primarily just an email address, which I appreciated. There are no intrusive ads, and I found that the app does not engage in excessive tracking behavior, focusing instead on providing a seamless user experience. The privacy policy is transparent, detailing how data is used and stored, which gave me peace of mind while using the app. Overall, I felt secure using “Sleep Cycle,” knowing that my sleep data was handled responsibly.

I paid for the yearly membership, hoping to get insights into my sleep. Not even 3 months in and I'm uninstalling the app. I wish I had NEVER done the annual subscription. Some features are cool, like the sound tracking for snores. But the app does not register that I'm waking up (even when choosing how I feel waking up) and it doesn't work correctly on my watch. It constantly overrides my home screen and shows the set alarm whenever I turn on my watch. Even during the day after I've woken up.

I've been using this app for years without issue. Almost a decade. However, I just received a notification to prompt me to get the premium version. I've been using this app all this time because it hasn't pestered me to do so. Update: After 1 too many notifications to get premium on an alarm application, I have decided to uninstall it and just use the alarm on my phone.

tl;dr you are paying for randomly generated plots This app CANNOT reliably detect whether or not I'm asleep. Twice already I woke up in the middle of the night and used the phone to play an audiobook. Both times the app registered it as sleep talking. Regardless, NEVER buy a 1 year subscription to anything! I can't believe I made this mistake.

Completely disappointed after purchasing this app. It shows me constantly sleeping throughout the night, even though I know I was awake to use the bathroom and let the dog out. my watch tracks me being awake during those periods, but this app shows no movement or noise. Yes I have the permission on for microphone and have turned on the sensors in the watch app. So disappointed with this purchase.

stick to regular sleep tracking devices. very easy to start, but tracking isn't the greatest, if you sleep with a fan good luck on the snoring. my watch tracks all this and much much more. Finally got it to link to my Samsung watch and it's not even close. And after I went to cancel, it's hidden in the app, whereas all others are canceled from the play store. 1000% not worth the annual charge. Maybe 30 bucks a year and I'd keep it, maybe.
