4.4 The "Smart Home Manager" app is a powerful tool designed to streamline the management of your smart home devices. With its user-friendly interface and robust features, it has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine. Here are some of the standout features that make this app a must-have:
My journey with the "Smart Home Manager" app began when I decided to upgrade my home with smart devices. One of the first scenarios I encountered was during a chilly winter evening. As I settled down on the couch, I realized I had forgotten to turn on the heating. Instead of getting up, I simply opened the app on my phone, tapped a few buttons, and within minutes, my home was warm and cozy. Another scenario occurred when I was on vacation. I used the app to check my security cameras and ensure everything was safe at home. The ability to monitor my home remotely gave me immense peace of mind, allowing me to enjoy my trip without worry.
The user interface of the "Smart Home Manager" is intuitive and visually appealing. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean dashboard that displayed all my connected devices in one place. Navigating through the app is a breeze; I can easily access device settings, create automations, and monitor energy usage with just a few taps. The performance has been stellar, with minimal lag when switching between devices or executing commands. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The app has not only simplified my life but has also made managing my smart home a fun and engaging task.
The "Smart Home Manager" app is free to download, which is a significant advantage for users looking to dip their toes into smart home management without any financial commitment. While the app offers premium features that can enhance functionality, the free version is robust enough for most users. I appreciate that the developers have made it accessible to everyone, allowing users to explore smart home technology without breaking the bank.
The developers of "Smart Home Manager" are committed to providing regular updates, which is evident in the app’s performance and feature enhancements. I’ve noticed several updates since I started using the app, each one bringing new features and improvements. Additionally, the support team is responsive and helpful. I had a minor issue with device connectivity, and after reaching out, I received a prompt and informative response that resolved my problem quickly. This level of support adds to my overall satisfaction with the app.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to smart home technology. The "Smart Home Manager" app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, but I appreciated that the app clearly outlined its privacy policy, detailing how my data would be used and protected.
Importantly, the app does not bombard users with ads, which is a relief. Instead, it focuses on providing a seamless user experience. I also found that the app does not engage in excessive tracking behavior, which is a significant concern for many users today. Overall, I feel confident in the security measures implemented by the "Smart Home Manager," allowing me to enjoy the convenience of smart home management without compromising my privacy.

Great app when it actually works. App kicked me out when I was love chatting with a representative to troubleshoot the reason why I kept getting an error for "technical hiccups". I hit "Try again" twice and then couldn't type anymore despite getting messages from the representative and had to hit "Restart" which made have to start the whole process over. You can also never see what you're typing to the representative. UI needs work.

I KNOW you all can do better with this app. I can't assign devices or edit device names without getting an error message, unable to complete at this time. When is a good time to edit MY info!? I've cleared cache, checked for updates and restarted my device. I even logged out and back in with the same issues. If the app is undergoing maintenance that would be great to know...otherwise put more money towards improving it because WE KNOW YOU HAVE THE MONEY 🤑🤣

latest update using 21% of my battery in background. Trying to setup some servers and it keeps blocking everything. Says to add to exceptions list in the app, but THERE IS NO WAY TO ADD NEW EXCEPTIONS. Also, the tab to do so on the router admin sends you to a page not found error. Stuck and can't finish my work because of this dumb thing.

on par for what I would expect from At&t, wish the work discount wasn't so good so I could dump them all around. I can't log in anymore after the recent update. It doesn't work with fingerprint anymore. each time I log in, it creates a new user when I open the app. then only one will actually let you log in but you have to try them all to figure out which it is. just terrible.

frustrating app. kicks you off, doesn't connect, makes you log in every time even when you remember the device, several feature dont work to pause or favorite devices. user interface is really bad, enough AI chat bots they dont work! Most frustrating app when it kicks you out in the middle of troubleshooting or it'll freeze and take you back to log in. can't call anyone for help everything is outsourced want to change internet providers to spectrum at this point both att and verizon 👎👎👎👎👎👎
