Be very careful, they say it's easy any1 can do this, n offer a 7-day free trial, if you can cancel be4 the 7th day u pay nothing, all LIES! I discovered on the 2nd day it is not elderly disabled friendly. I sent an email to the only email it gives for contact us, n requested they cancel my free trail as I was unable to do any of the exercises, since they didn't reply I sent another one, but on the 7th day, they charged my account $54. 86! paying for something I can't use, no reply for refund!

easier than I thought. I have a really bad balance problem and I thought I couldn't do this. but I was able to without falling. I never had to balance on one foot which is what I was afraid of. I love this workout. I felt the burn shortly after starting but not from it being too physical it was the perfect amount of workout. I would so recommend trying this app to all my older friends that can't workout like we use to.

I enjoy using this app each morning. I had been wanting to try Tai Chi for a while. I am over 60 and obese. My back and knees can hurt daily. Obviously the best and fastest way to lose weight is food control but Tai Chi is a great low impact way to get you moving without hurting yourself. The app is cleanly laid out with multiple choices of plans. The accompanying music is quite pleasant and I find myself humming it during the day. You can use your own music if you wish. I recommend this app.

I know I'm literally dying. Between stress and life demands I've been unable to maintain a healthy lifestyle these past several years. In the past 3 years alone, I've put on 100 pounds and now weigh more than twice what I did in college. I've tried several "get back in shape" apps. My first experience with this app is that it is the best workout I've had in years. I felt challenged, yet able to do everything--an issue I've had with numerous other apps. This gives me hope I found a good partner.

I enjoy the exercises a lot. However, I don't appreciate that the VAST majority of the content is locked behind a paywall, including all but the first 3 days of the opening 28 day challenge. I like to try an app for longer than that before I pay, as I've been burned too many times by the pressure tactics to pay too fast.
