4.5 As someone who is always on the go, I often find myself reaching for quick snacks or meals that may not align with my blood type. One day, while at a local café, I pulled out "The Blood Type Diet®" app to check the nutritional value of a sandwich I was considering. The app quickly informed me that the bread was not ideal for my Type O blood, prompting me to choose a salad instead. This scenario is just one of many where the app has guided my food choices, helping me stay true to my dietary goals even in tempting situations.
Another instance was during a family gathering where the spread included a variety of dishes. I used the app to check the compatibility of each dish with my blood type. It was a relief to find a few options that were beneficial, allowing me to enjoy the meal without feeling guilty about my choices. The app has truly become my go-to resource for making informed decisions about what I eat, whether I’m dining out or cooking at home.
The user interface of "The Blood Type Diet®" is clean and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a dashboard that displays my daily meal plan, along with quick access to the food database and recipes. The workflow is seamless; I can easily switch between checking food compatibility and browsing recipes without any lag. The app performs exceptionally well, with quick loading times and no crashes, which is crucial for someone like me who often uses it in a hurry.
Overall, my feelings after using the app are overwhelmingly positive. It feels like having a personal nutritionist in my pocket, guiding me through my dietary journey. The sense of community and support from other users adds an extra layer of motivation, making me feel less alone in my dietary choices.
The "Blood Type Diet®" app offers a free version with basic features, but I opted for the premium subscription to unlock the full range of functionalities. The subscription is reasonably priced, especially considering the wealth of information and personalized support it provides. I believe the investment is worth it for anyone serious about improving their health through diet.
The app is regularly updated with new features and improvements, which keeps the experience fresh and engaging. I appreciate the prompt customer support; whenever I had a question or encountered a minor issue, the support team was quick to respond and resolve my concerns. This level of attention to user feedback makes me feel valued as a customer.
When it comes to security and privacy, "The Blood Type Diet®" app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring a level of credibility and safety. During the registration process, I was required to provide minimal personal data, which is a relief in today’s digital age. The app does not bombard users with ads, and I have not noticed any intrusive tracking behavior, which is a significant plus for me as a privacy-conscious user.
Overall, I feel secure using the app, knowing that my personal information is handled with care. The developers seem committed to maintaining user privacy, which enhances my trust in the app and encourages me to continue using it as part of my daily routine.

Good as a food list quick reference guide, and offers recipies. Terrible UI, looks like a website (no mobile styling) just shrunk down, with no visual appeal. Selling a lot of stuff, secretor tests, a specific brand supplements, books, etc. I would prefer the supplement section just list what supplements are good and why or which active ingredients in what dose to look for should I choose to buy a dif brand. Instead it links you to buy from specific brand with no education around that.

I love the food lists. The recipe section is frustrating to navigate. I perform the search for my type, then open a recipe. Navigating back to my search list then doesn't stay on my search. Also, when I read a recipe on say, page 4, I can't get back to page 4. The app takes me back to the beginning on page 1 again and again, making the recipe function user Unfriendly. Thx!

I absolutely love the blood type diet! It is the only path that has helped me to loose weight & actually see results in my health. To have an app for it has been incredible! Super easy to use. I only wish there was a more extensive list for herbs by blood type. They are an important part of my holistic path. The food lists haven't been updated in some time from what I can tell although I am now seeing foods in grey that are unknown. Hopefully this means an update is coming.

1. You need to pay again if you want to test whether or not you're a secretor 2. Pay again for list of "supplements", they don't just give you a list of vitamins and 3 the search tool for which foods or recipes are beneficial is atrocious for mobile app. This is obviously an app for a book, you can easily find all this information for free on Google without someone trying to sell you more junk. Wasted 4$. *From 3 stars to 1. Disregard for my entire review, its NOT easy browsing via app (check 3)

Can't trust the recipes? I'm a little frustrated as I hoped this app would be helpful. I filtered by the O blood type on the recipes and Potato soup comes up ok to make, however it's clearly full of items Os are not supposed to eat? the chart in the recipe itself even shows the individual ingredients as Avoid. So why would it come up for the O filtered diet? Basically, I can't trust the recipes, which is frustrating, because it was a large part of why I bought the app.
