4.7 TickTick: To Do List & Calendar is a powerful productivity tool that seamlessly integrates task management with calendar functionalities. Here are some of its standout features:
As a busy professional juggling multiple projects, I rely heavily on TickTick to keep my life organized. Every morning, I start my day by reviewing my tasks and calendar. For example, I often have meetings scheduled alongside project deadlines, and TickTick allows me to visualize my day at a glance. I also use it for personal tasks, like planning family events or scheduling my workouts. The ability to categorize tasks into different lists—work, personal, and fitness—helps me maintain a clear focus on what needs to be done.
The user interface of TickTick is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through various features. I appreciate the minimalistic design, which doesn’t overwhelm me with information. Adding a new task is as simple as clicking a button and typing in the details. The workflow is smooth; I can quickly switch between my task lists and calendar view without any lag. Performance-wise, the app runs seamlessly on both my smartphone and tablet, syncing my data in real-time. Overall, my experience with TickTick has been overwhelmingly positive; it feels like having a personal assistant in my pocket, always ready to help me stay organized.
TickTick offers a free version that includes essential features, which is great for casual users. However, for those who want to unlock advanced functionalities like collaboration tools and habit tracking, the premium subscription is available at a reasonable monthly or annual fee. I opted for the premium version, and I believe the investment is worth it for the added features that enhance my productivity.
The developers of TickTick are proactive in rolling out updates, often introducing new features and improvements based on user feedback. I’ve noticed enhancements in the collaboration tools and user interface over time, which shows their commitment to user satisfaction. Additionally, their customer support is responsive; I once had a query regarding syncing issues, and they addressed it promptly, providing me with a solution that worked perfectly.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and TickTick does not disappoint. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the security standards set by these platforms. When registering, I was required to provide minimal personal data, which is a relief compared to many other apps that ask for excessive information.
Importantly, TickTick does not bombard users with ads, which enhances the overall experience. I appreciate that they respect my privacy and do not engage in intrusive tracking behavior. The app’s privacy policy is transparent, detailing how my data is used and stored, which gives me peace of mind while using the app for both personal and professional tasks.

Before using this app, I would struggle a lot with remembering things I had planned for the day, and it would always cause me to get into some trouble later because I just forget really important things. After a couple of days of using this app, I can definitely say a lot of stress has been taken off my shoulders. The only thing I have to remember now is to check the app daily, which is easy since you can set a specific notification sound for the tasks. Highly recommend this one 👌

It works as a reminder system somewhat. Difficult to find the repeat buttons. Difficult to find reminders. I think I would be able to just hit the three dots and they would be listed there. Also difficult to reschedule. So, I feel like I need to find a YouTube video to explain how it works. I put in some things that are reminders to get them done eventually. I find it defaults to the day you entered them so I have a bunch of items that are overdue. It is NOT intuitive to use.

After years and countless "to-do" apps, I finally found one that works for me! I'm able to set the normal tasks and reminders, and the habit function has been so helpful to start incorporating real behavioral change, but honestly my favorite is using it like a notes app! I'm able to organize all the random information I come across and no longer fear them getting lost in a sea of text that I'll never check again!

I'm in love ❤️ with this App. The colors, the ability to use little emoji to label your tasks with, the timers, how organized I can be now.....I just love it!! I paid for the better version because I really NEED to be organized and I wanted more help, but I think the free version should work fine, too. I'm so impressed and blessed to have this!!!

I absolutely adore this app! I came here from todoist and while I love the to-doist app, the price had just became too much. This app is extremely well priced and is amazing for individuals with ADHD. It has an ability to track by weekly, daily, and monthly. it gives you a beautiful little structure to see how and what you need to see and keep track of without any of the pressures of streaks or anything else. although you can have this setting.
