Toggle track is by far the best time tracking tool I've ever used. It's strength lies in the incredibly low-friction UI which allows the user to track any number of tasks with minimal overhead/usage time. other habit tracking apps have been usable, but tracking my daily routine often meant spending half an hour each day adding and logging tasks. Toggletrack's UI makes adding a new task, stopping/resuming an existing task, and editing time logged nearly instant.

Laggy and unintuitive. I really love the web version of toggl, and I was willing to be patient while they worked out some initial bugs with the Android app overhaul, but it's still nearly unusable. In a pinch, if I'm patient, it gets the job done (most of the time... Sometimes it crashes) but I avoid it in favor of the web UI whenever possible.

I tried to contact customer support, but after wasting an hour, I can find no way. Help page says: Toggl Track Support can be easily reached via chat. You can start a chat using the purple chat icon in the bottom-right corner of every page while logged into the web app. Tried that. It's not true. IF there's a way to contact someone it certainly isn't easy. When asked if my question was answered I click 😞 but nothing happens. I just want my entries to stop rounding to the nearest 5 min.

This new update is fire! 🔥 Thank you to everyone involved. The app is sooo much faster now. Previously, it was extremely laggy. You'd stop an entry and it'd be several seconds before it'd actually stop and those extra seconds are added to the entry. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because it'd literally stop responding until it's done. And syncing happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry, so it was a real pain to use.

Toggl is a good time tracker but it would be nice if more features were available for those on the free plan, like the ability to create invoices, even if the limit is set to 3-5 clients or so. When compared with free plans from other time tracking programs like, Paymo, Toggl is lacking. However, Toggl does offer a suite of other products that other programs don't have, like Toggl Hire. Unfortunately, I don't use or need those other products. I just want to track my time and create invoices.
