The user interface of Verizon Cloud is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that made navigation a breeze. The main dashboard displays my storage usage and offers quick access to my files, photos, and backups. I particularly appreciate the organized folders, which allow me to categorize my data efficiently. The performance has been stellar; uploads and downloads are quick, and I’ve never experienced lag while accessing my files. Overall, my experience with Verizon Cloud has been overwhelmingly positive. It feels like a reliable digital vault for my most important data, and I love the peace of mind it provides.

Security & Privacy Review

As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to cloud storage solutions. Verizon Cloud is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. When registering for the app, I was required to provide basic personal information, which is standard for most cloud services. However, I appreciate that Verizon emphasizes data protection and privacy in their policies.

One of my main concerns with cloud storage is the potential for ads or tracking behavior. Fortunately, Verizon Cloud does not bombard users with ads, and I have not noticed any intrusive tracking while using the app. The encryption used for data storage adds an extra layer of security, making me feel confident that my personal information is safe from prying eyes. Overall, Verizon Cloud prioritizes user privacy, which is a significant factor in my continued use of the app.

this app used to be good. Now it feels like they're doing the bare minimum. Music used to be able sort by artist, album, song etc... Now it's literally just a massive list of songs. There's no options for sorting. If you want to delete an album you have to do it 1 song at a time which is very frustrating. The Windows app is slightly better but now much and the browser version is useless and only shows my contacts. No documents, music or pictures. For how much my plan is it should be great

the mobile app seems to work fine although I really haven't put it through its paces. The desktop app for windows is HORRIBLE. it eats up all 32GB of my ram and makes multiple computer pretty useless while its running. I have let this app run for about 40 hours on it's own on my PC while I am away and it's only backed up about 3gb worth of data, and my internet is not the problem.

The most unusable cloud storage I've used. Cannot access through the web. It loads indefinitely. Videos load indefinitely in the app. Motion pictures are no longer motion pictures until you redownload them, which defeats the purpose of backing them up in the first place. Terribly difficult to transfer from this to another cloud storage. Great option that you can pay for unlimited storage but it's pointless if I can't even access it once it's in the cloud without downloading everything again.

I keep getting the message "error initializing app." The app is terribly buggy and, even when it is working, it's really slow. Right now, I haven't been able to open it for a week. I've uninstalled it , cleared the cache, etc. Do yourself a favor and get another back up option. As soon as I can get access I'm moving everything to a better app. This one is worthless.

Wow, I am always impressed at how poorly Verizon understands their own products. This app requires you to buy a membership, and has terrible functionality. When you back up a phone, and download your data to a new device, it dumps every single file into a single folder, no matter what form of organization you had before. In addition, it doesn't back up certain file types, (.mpegs and .wmas, for example), which means you have the potential to lose gigabytes of data I'd you trust this faulty app. Uploading and downloading takes forever, no matter the file size, or internet connection. The app is ugly and difficult to navigate. Don't buy a membership for this app. Hell, don't even trust the free trial! It's utter garbage that will make the process of switching phones much harder than it has to be. You'd be better off just using a generic, third party back up service.
