The app is fine.. does what it says it will, to an extent. The base plan still uses VoIP numbers, same as the free service from Google, and those couldn't be used for my needs. I was unable to cancel through the app during the trial period so I ended up getting charged for something I can't use. If I get a refund I'll give them a better review, but until them I would recommend using a different service.

Started off great. I paid the $10/month plan to have access to a phone number through wifi. It gives me that and it works for 1 day. After that, it asks me to verify my phone number to continue. Why didn't it ask me this at the beginning??? The whole reason I purchased this app was to have a phone number to use while dealing with a dispute with my carrier. I verify, then it tries to export the call to another app. VERY INCONSISTENT

glitchy, drops calls sometimes it rings or the notification sounds sometimes it doesn't. the worst part is I don't receive all of my messages. the ones I send appear as though they were sent but not all of them make it. it's worse on the inbound then outbound. if it worked it would be a good app but it's too inconsistent. Just my experience.

I have had this app, paid one line experience for a few years. Loved it. Now, messages I send do not show up to recipient. Pictures almost never go through until 2nd or even 3rd attempt. Massive delays in text conversations. I will be texting with a person and all of the sudden it stops. After what ever time passes, I might be lucky if some of my texts go through but the recipients are also well delayed. The dependability I once had has been gone for a while,

update: they figured out the logging out issue but it's been replaced with a disappearing contact name problem. I have no idea who anyone is because all the names are gone. it's fixed for like a day if I delete and reinstall. I wouldn't recommend this app. ------- More recently, I've been getting logged out daily. Sometimes multiple times a day which has led to missed calls and messages. needs to be fixed asap as multiple people have the same issue, I shouldn't have to send an email.
