When purchasing tickets through,I clicked on Saturday, but because there were no available times, the site defaulted to Sunday without making it obvious. It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.The entire process was confusing & inconsistent

Will not be using this app again and don't recommend. Purchased tickets to an event to bring my child and needed to change the time. In the email confirmation, I could change the time but it kept saying I needed to pay more even though it was the same price. I contacted CS and said they'd have someone contact me. The response was they cannot change it. When clicked the same link to change the time again it was blocked! I contacted them again and got the same automated response. utter trash

This company is the worst and their customer service is a joke. I got tickets for an event and the app was being all glitchy and giving me issues and messed up the quantity of tickets I was charged. I reached out immediately and they would only offer a "voucher" for future events, even though it was their technical error. I called their customer service and was hung up on. The chat system is an AI bot and if you get a person they send an email saying they are working on it. 0 stars

I've been using them for a couple of years. They do have really cool shows available through them, but have absolutely horrible customer service. Don't buy tickets for anything that you aren't willing to lose money on. I've had one show cancelled last minute with no refund, but got a credit that was substantially lower than the ticket prices. Another show I tried to reschedule because I was sick, and was told I needed to know I was sick 48hrs in advance to reschedule.

We arrived at the event and were told it was cheaper to get tickets online. it was but only because the in person ticket prices were higher and still had fees. So we bought tickets online in front of the person. (How stupid is that!) Buying the tickets online was extremely frustrating as you also had to download and sign up for an app all to be able to scan the tickets. I immediately deleted the app after the event because it is useless to me.
