The bot epidemic on this app has literally ruined it. It's impossible to enjoy the app with so many bots and it seems like there's no way to escape them and that nothing is being done. Not to mention that now when you get a message it just says "New Kik message" instead of displaying the actual message. This should be an optional feature, not a default one.

With a huge selection of social media apps this one is at the bottom of the list. There's not one thing it does better than any other app and that's if it's even working correctly. Any messages you send just know it's going to take 30+ minutes to even get to the other person, and this is a daily occurrence. It's no wonder when they hardly ever update the app... unless it's to give you more and longer ads you have to watch first.

Terrible experience. Decided to come back to the app to go over some previous contacts and it doesn't let me login. It tells me the reason being, unable to verify if human. I reinstalled the app, restarted the device, cleared the cache, even reset the password and tried again. All that didn't help. There's no other way to go around it and get back into my account.

The reason I gave the app two stars is because I am getting notifications of messages from people I have blocked! I blocked them, therefore I don't want to know anything about them anymore! Yet I still get notifications in the background whenever a blocked person sends me a message, and I can read the message. Also, I am not a fan of having to press and hold the button while recording a live video. I would like to send live videos without the need to continuously press the button. PLZ Fix.

Really good app, way over populated with robots. At least half, if not more of its total users are bots. This gets annoying and frustrating. Kik should consider a full redo, delete everything and restart. That or have some kind of monthly user capta check to make sure users are real. Besides that, another issue I have is the app itself grows it's storage at a huge rate. Within 2 to 3 weeks of usage, the app will consume up to 3/4 GB of space. The only option is to clear the cache repeatedly.
