New app is fine but they made a change to the departure vision that I think should be revisited. In the old app, you can see the scheduled time of the trains even when they are boarding. This helps you determine if you can make the train or not. Now it just says Boarding but no additional information. Now if you click on it and try to see the stops, it sometimes just shows departed for your station and sometimes it shows the scheduled departure time.

This app version is much more confusing to use than the previous version. The type is way too small, especially with the drop down menu showing hours to choose for the time I want to leave. I didn't see a schedule with various train departure times to choose from on the day I plan to travel as did the previous app. I had to scroll to select a time from that drop down menu. The choices were limited to the time I chose with one train departure and 2 bus routes, which I didn't want.

The new update prevents ticket purchases. When I selected the route, it automatically set that as the origin, making it impossible to choose it as the destination. I then had to select Port Authority as the destination and use the up/down arrows to switch the origin and destination. I recently tried buying a bus ticket for the first time, and the process was surprisingly difficult. Could you please provide a brief tutorial on using the new app for the first time?

The app always displays its vehicles as "on time," but that information isn't always accurate. The trains will display "departed" at the first station of the route when they haven't departed yet. The "all aboard" or "0 minutes" will stay for a couple minutes after the train leaves. I must exit the stop I'm tracking in the app and return to it in order to update the information for it. This new update made the app unreliable and needs to be fixed if they want me to trust their card services. 🤮

New app layout is hot garbage. First of all, when it updated it also forgot all of your previously selected "favorite stations". So the first time you use it, you have to look them up all over again. Secondly, the new departure vusion feature took away the scheduled time of the trains. Why? it instead displays the supposed minutes away the train is. I just need to see when the train is scheduled to be there. Seems like an attempt to mask the many delays and cancelations they have.
