4.3 VivaVideo - Video Cut & Editor is a powerful tool that has quickly become a favorite among video editing enthusiasts. With its user-friendly interface and a plethora of features, it caters to both beginners and seasoned editors alike. Here are some of the standout features that make VivaVideo a must-have app for anyone looking to create stunning videos:
As someone who enjoys documenting life’s moments, I often find myself reaching for VivaVideo in various scenarios. Whether it’s capturing a family gathering, a day out with friends, or even creating content for my small business, this app has proven to be incredibly versatile. For example, during a recent family reunion, I recorded several clips of our activities. Later, I used VivaVideo to stitch these clips together, adding fun transitions and music to create a memorable keepsake for everyone involved.
The user interface of VivaVideo is sleek and intuitive, making it easy for anyone to jump right in. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that clearly displayed all the editing options. The workflow is straightforward; I could easily import my videos, drag and drop them into the storyboard, and start editing without any confusion. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly, with minimal lag even when working with high-resolution videos. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, as I felt empowered to create professional-looking videos without needing extensive editing knowledge.
VivaVideo offers a free version with basic features, which is great for casual users. However, for those looking to unlock the full potential of the app, there is a premium subscription available. The pricing is reasonable, considering the extensive features and tools provided. I opted for the premium version to access additional effects and remove watermarks, which significantly enhanced my video projects.
The developers of VivaVideo are proactive in providing updates, ensuring that the app remains relevant and functional. I’ve noticed several improvements and new features added over time, which shows their commitment to user satisfaction. Additionally, customer support is responsive; I had a minor issue with a feature, and their support team addressed it promptly, which left me feeling valued as a user.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, and VivaVideo does not disappoint in this regard. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. Upon registration, I was only required to provide minimal personal data, which is a relief compared to many other apps that demand extensive information.
While using the app, I did notice some ads, but they were not overly intrusive. The app also provides options to manage tracking behavior, allowing users to opt-out of personalized ads if they choose. Overall, I feel comfortable using VivaVideo, knowing that my data is handled with care and that I have control over my privacy settings.

I used to love this app for making videos, and I even paid to upgrade to remove watermarks. Now with the latest update, everything is in Chinese (!) with no way to switch the language, the watermark is back, and there's a restriction on video length unless you pay. It won't let me restore my previous purchase (it did up until now), insisting that I upgrade to VIP for either a yearly or monthly subscription fee which is listed in the wrong currency anyway. I will never pay for a subscription to an app. There better be a new update fixing this soon or else you guys have just lost another user.

My orig. rvw was in 2016. I saw that there was the 2021 version and it had great reviews so I decided to give it another try. It sucked, it was so slow, it still kept on loading for a long time. I immediately uninstalled it. It gave me a free trial from the 7th to the 10th. I cancelled it on the 10th and was still charged $29.99. This is robbery. I would like a refund please. Cant download anything. Paid for pro version in hopes it would fix problem. Still the same. Would like a refund.

I've been using the paid version for dog training videos and it's pretty good overall. Over the past year, it still has glitches that drive me nuts & make it take longer to edit videos (hence the 4 stars.) For instance, if you have placed text & go back to edit, it changes your font style. The custom watermark can only be placed on all videos, not just a signal clip. It's also freezing. When I upload to Instagram, no matter the dimensions, it still doesn't fit & captions frequently get cut off.

Terrible! Slow, kills my phone. I just wanted to edit a video I took with my phone. When I opened it after installing, it was full of bloatware - wanted permission to make phone calls (?), was full of ads, inappropriate videos of random fat people and buttons to install other stuff. I could not figure out how to edit my own videos and I do not trust this application: too much bloatware, too laggy and downloads stuff I don't want on my phone.

I did not like the blurry part and there is no way to get rid of it. It was doing pan and zoom I pressed on pan and zoom and it said animation already turned off! And Why would somone get the "Premium version" that does not last forever. Without the Premium you barely can do anything, and the Premium does not even do much either, all it does is remove the watermark and do more glitter or stickers or something. Plus, its pricey. This is also bad for making Gacha videos.
