4.6 As a frequent traveler and a busy professional, I often find myself in situations where AAA Mobile becomes my go-to app. For instance, during a recent business trip, I was driving to a meeting when I realized I had left my presentation materials at home. I quickly opened the app to locate the nearest AAA service center, where I could print out the documents I needed. Additionally, on weekends, I use the app to plan road trips with friends, ensuring we have a smooth journey filled with fun stops along the way.
The user experience of AAA Mobile is nothing short of impressive. The app's interface is sleek and modern, making it easy to navigate through various features. I particularly appreciate the seamless workflow when requesting roadside assistance; the app guides you step-by-step, ensuring you don’t miss any crucial information. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any lag, even when I’m using it in areas with poor connectivity. Overall, my feelings after using the app are overwhelmingly positive; it feels like having a reliable travel companion right in my pocket.
AAA Mobile is free to download, but it requires a AAA membership to access most of its features. Membership pricing varies based on the level of service you choose, starting at around $56 per year. Given the extensive benefits, including roadside assistance and discounts, I find the membership to be a worthwhile investment for anyone who travels frequently.
The app is regularly updated, which is a significant plus. I’ve noticed improvements in functionality and new features being added over time, enhancing my overall experience. Customer support is also commendable; I once had a question about my membership benefits, and the support team responded promptly via the app’s chat feature, providing me with the information I needed without any hassle.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any mobile application, and AAA Mobile does a commendable job in this regard. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, such as my name, email address, and phone number, which is standard for membership-based services.
Importantly, AAA Mobile does not bombard users with ads, which is a relief. Instead, it focuses on providing a seamless experience without intrusive tracking behavior. The app does collect data to improve services, but it is transparent about this in its privacy policy, allowing users to make informed decisions about their data. Overall, I feel secure using AAA Mobile, knowing that my personal information is handled with care.

If I could give zero Stars I would give zero Stars. This is the slowest and glitchiest app I have ever used. on top of that, I bought a gift card for some restaurants through them, used part of it and wanted to use the rest of it and the second one tonight and before they updated their app. there was a way for me to find the gift card and use the code online but now I can't find it and I have spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to find it. Guess I'm just screwed out of it.

It is so disappointing that a storied institution as AAA should have the most miserable online experience. But, they do. The app simply will not open up. It claims an error connecting with the server. I have cleared my data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and I still can't log in. Previously, when I could log in, the app was very jittery and frequently wanted to be updated. I have wanted to check gas prices but now have a separate app for that. logging in thru the website is not the same.

i put in a tow request. then the app reloaded and now my request is gone but im still getting text updates. to try to find my request, i logged in but found it was the wrong account and now when i log out with that account, its still logged in and when i try to log out, again, magically its no longer logged in but the only option i have is to "create a profile" which i don't want. i want to click forgot password which seems to no longer exist. uninstalling i guess

After being hounded to review it, I give it 2 stas Would have got 3 if they didn't beg me 1000 times to review it. The interface is cluttered, you can't just find a quick link for anything (mainly paying the bill), you can't autopay to avoid the app entirely, and there's like a 30% chance it's always down (both the app and website).

This app is terrible, they want you to use the app to submit for roadside assistance, but when you do nothing happens. Have submitted roadside assistance twice and both times were a nightmare. First time they didn't send a tow truck when one was requested. Second time I sat for an hour before I called to check on where my tow truck was and there was no work order placed. I love AAA, but they need to work on the app alot.
