4.7

In my opinion this app is user unfriendly. Especially the push notifications. Much useless information constantly sent to me through these notifications. Being fully retired I am with my wife pretty much 24/7 yet I seem to have more interaction with you through the useless notifications each day than with her. So I have cut off your notifications. There is also one in-app message that I cannot delete. It is an ad I saw, read, but can't delete like the others. Not good to annoy your customers.

This app is so frustrating! I can see the home screen but anytime I try to open an article or game I just get a spinning wheel. This even happens if I try to open an article from a notification. The app is not in sleep mode so nothing should prevent it from working. I'll probably try to uninstall and then reinstall one more time, after that I give up! So annoying to get all the constant notifications but not even be able to see something that looks interesting!

Way too many notifications. Would rather get 1 daily notification listing everything instead of 8 a day which no longer collapse. Why aren't there notification categories? I don't want most of them but it's all or nothing. Can't like or reply to comments in the app and comment notifications don't go to the comment. Have to open browser. Also, stop asking me to renew my membership. My membership is valid for the next 8 years!

I LOVE the daily articles. However, the pop-up notifications, telling you about the featured articles are not there at least 50% of the time. You ARE directed to the AARP site, but the stories advertised are NOT there!! While there are plenty of other articles to read, I choose based on the teasers & then find myself disappointed & irritated. I don't know why this happens, but I'd be grateful if it could be fixed.

This app constantly has issues. Games are wonky and buggy. notifications are endless. My least favorite issue is that although I renewed my membership last month, I constantly get an pop-up to set up an auto renewal. If I close it you should stop providing me the pop up. not only do I get it on repeat visits, I get it repeatedly during one visit. Seriously, STOP IT
