"I Am Sober" is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. The registration process is straightforward, requiring minimal personal data, which I appreciate. I really like the inspirational quotes, but the Buddha and Ghandi quotes today were weird; they had nothing to do with establishing good habits. And even though the notification sound is turned on, there's no sound. Otherwise, the app is sleek, allows you to journal in response to a choice of prompts, but I'm not sure it's worth $40 a year.

This app is great! I love the community and it was so nice seeing my progress visualized. My only thing is that I hate how backing up the app is blocked behind a paywall. I recently had to get a new phone because my old one stopped working suddenly and having all of the progress and my workbook entries wiped, which really sucked. I don't have the money for premium and I'd rather not constantly make manual backups

Than you for responding quickly. I was able to add a second addiction (limit for the free version.) Cool. 5 stars ---- original review below... Can you track more than one addiction? The app works well. I've used it for my primary issue for 2 months. I tried adding a second addiction in the list. But it appears that you can only select one at a time. When I select the second one, the app removes the check next to first one.

It's a good app, I like the ability to make notes on each day. The format makes the info easy to read My only complaint is that it doesn't allow you to move between devices and keep all your info. I used this app for years to track my progress and I don't want to lose all that info just because my phone broke and now I've lost years of tracking because I don't pay premium. And I also wish the free version would allow the user to track more than 2 addictions.

This app is GREAT, I recommend it to EVERYONE! I'm using the free version and, honestly, I can't imagine how they can make it better than what they offer for free! The one and only problem I have had is that I am registered and it let me log in when I put the app on my new phone, but it doesn't load ANY of your past info. I even had to start my addictions from scratch. Now I don't have any of my saved notes, pledges, etc. This is why I chose to give the app only 4 starts. This was disappointing.
