Needs work. I think the most annoying part for me is the item pictures. You go to look at an item a little more closely, and then you have to deal with inadequate zoom to see if what you're looking at will fit your application, then just trying to move the zoomed-in photo around, you're constantly fighting it from switching to the next picture. Finally, several auto play videos are intermixed with the pics, which are often not even specific to the item. Very annoying.

The sign in and MFA security codes are out of control and basically keeps me running in a circle. Lowe's app is trying to force me into a Google or Pass password storage, which I don't want. And forget trying to use the PayPal feature. it doesn't work anymore. Keeps going in circles asking for email, password, then security code. REPEAT! Then it clears my shopping cart without completing the order, so I have to search my items again. Frustrating and worthless app.

I had to login again (although many apps do this), stop logging me out! You system wasn't sending me the correct code for my 2FA, I finally got it after about 10 minutes. Also, something that annoys me, is that the "fourth of July sale" should be called 'The Independence Day sale', which is the actual name of the holiday! Otherwise the app seems to work fine.

Transactions, to include purchases and returns, keep showing up under my purchases section that I never made. When I select the transaction for more details, I get a page that says no results. I've uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times and it makes no difference. I don't have this issue when using the website. Very frustrating and alarming to wonder if someone else is making these purchases!

I like the app for basic browsing, but it's not built for true eCommerce. Accessories for items in cart should be presented so I can find everything I'm looking for in one go. Also, checkout and delivery optioning is a straight up trash fire. I have to watch VERY closely to be sure that prior delivery selections haven't reverted to store pickup at checkout. Also, I can select Paypal as a pay type, but as soon as I go to checkout, it reverts to card on file.
