App no longer works correctly with Android phones since recently changed. I can't sort any more-App stays on "Relevance" and can't zoom in on pictures. I used to be able to sort by highest and lowest price as well as other sort functions, but App no longer allows sorting with Android nor allows photo enlargement. My daughter has an iPhone and it works. Please test on BOTH types of phones as many of us use Androids. This is so typical that sites are built for iPhone usage only. Very disappointed.

App no longer intuitive. The app's links and info used to be very straightforward, easy to find, and info loaded quickly. Now, you have to go through multiple steps and switch between apps and browsers -- often through an advertising or listing realtor -- to find the info you're looking for. It feels as though it's gone from consumer based to commercial based. update: dropped a star because you can no longer zoom in on pictures to get a more in depth view. As though hiding the truth...

Great except that I cannot access any of "My Collections" that I am able to compile on the browser website. The notifications options are also severely limited. I like the notifications about new houses on the market, or saved ones going under contract, but I cannot specify turning OFF notifications on random blogs that are being posted on the site.

Update: I wish it showed the crime rate in the area. Clicking between houses sucks. If there's a small cluster of them then you're lucky to move through the listings with ease on the map, otherwise you're clicking back and forth between the same ones. You can zoom in but then it deselects your listing and the picture preview of the listing takes up half of the screen. They allow you to swipe between listings as well but like Zillow it moves erratically between listings.

I almost never rate apps but I've gotten so beyond frustrated with this one that I just had to. They break all your saved searches every other month so you have to go through and set them all up again which is extremely frustrating when you have multiple for different things. It is the craziest thing because it will say it doesn't recognize the location but if you manually search for the same location, then it works perfectly fine. Would not recommend.
