3.2 Total Connect 2.0 is a powerful app designed to give users complete control over their home security and automation systems. Here are some of its standout features:
As a busy professional, I often find myself juggling work commitments and personal responsibilities. Total Connect 2.0 has become an essential tool in my daily life. For instance, I frequently travel for work, and the ability to monitor my home security system remotely gives me peace of mind. Just last week, while attending a conference in another state, I received a notification that my front door had been opened unexpectedly. I quickly accessed the app, checked the live video feed, and saw that it was just my neighbor dropping off a package. This feature alone has saved me from unnecessary panic and worry.
Another scenario where the app shines is during family gatherings. When hosting a barbecue in my backyard, I can easily check on the kids playing inside without having to run back and forth. The app allows me to keep an eye on everything while enjoying time with my guests, making it a perfect companion for busy households.
The user interface of Total Connect 2.0 is sleek and modern, making it easy to navigate through various features. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a dashboard that displays the status of my security system, including whether doors are locked or if any sensors have been triggered. The layout is intuitive, and I appreciate how quickly I can access the live video feeds with just a few taps.
Performance-wise, the app is reliable and responsive. I’ve experienced minimal lag when switching between features, and the notifications are timely, ensuring I’m always informed about my home’s security status. Overall, my experience with Total Connect 2.0 has been overwhelmingly positive. It has not only enhanced my home security but also provided me with a sense of control and peace of mind that I didn’t have before.
Total Connect 2.0 is available for free, but it does require a subscription to access all its features fully. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the level of security and convenience it offers. Depending on the plan you choose, you can expect to pay a monthly fee that varies based on the number of devices you want to connect. For me, the investment has been worth every penny, as it has significantly improved my home security experience.
The developers of Total Connect 2.0 are committed to providing regular updates to enhance functionality and security. I’ve noticed several improvements since I first downloaded the app, including new features and bug fixes that have made my experience even better. Additionally, customer support is readily available through the app, and I’ve found them to be responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. This level of support gives me confidence in the app’s reliability.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to using apps like Total Connect 2.0. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During the registration process, I was required to provide some personal information, including my email address and phone number, which is standard for security apps. However, I appreciate that the app emphasizes data protection and privacy.
One concern I had was regarding ads or tracking behavior. Fortunately, Total Connect 2.0 does not bombard users with ads, which is a significant plus. The app focuses on providing a seamless user experience without unnecessary distractions. Additionally, I found that the app does not engage in excessive tracking, which is reassuring in today’s digital landscape. Overall, I feel confident using Total Connect 2.0, knowing that my personal information is handled with care and that my privacy is respected.

The app is AWFUL! Constant issues with connecting to the security panel to bypass zones. I tried over 650 times (not a misprint or exaggeration) to connect to the panel and still not successful. I cleared the cache and data, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST app ever!!!

The app is a buggy mess. It is slow and the majority of the time it fails to read data from the alarm panel. And I've used it with MANY different alarm panels, different models and different Internet connections (Cellular, WiFi, Ethernet), different installation locations, so it isn't an issue with the panel. It is an issue with the app or the online services. Plus the app is constantly begging me to opt-in to marketing emails when I am just trying to arm/disarm.

it's 2026 and they still don't have dark mode. I use this app because I have to, not that I want to. UI is buggy and telemetry is subpar (don't tell me you can't connect and try again, tell me what is wrong), inconsistent on being able to turn on/off my alarm and STOP ASKING ME IF I WANT TO USE VOICE CONTROL, I've closed that interface hundreds of times now, it should remember. This is lazy app development at its best, incompetence at its worst.

The app says I have 3 alarms. one for smoke detectors, one for a back door and another for a motion detector, none of which appear on the alarm panel. The app also says there's a communication failure between my phone and the panel, although I can make changes from my phone and hear them beep on the panel. I can also open the panel from my phone and it shows connected and I can make changes. This app used to be fine but sucks now

This app sucks. Has relatively frequent connection issues. Instead of logging in automatically, it often redirects to the login screen and then asks me the same stupid voice control prompts that I have denied no less than 40 times now. I DO NOT WANT YOUR IDIOTIC VOICE CONTROL!!! STOP F-ING ASKING ME!!! and now I currently cannot access my system because it says I need to update the app, but the Play Store says the app is up to date. Incompetent development at best. Wish there was another option.
