As many people have mentioned the account button doesn't work anymore and keeps you in a perpetual loop. this only happened after the Atmos fix, and no one at Alaska seems to be acknowledging or working on the issue as it's been ongoing for months. Update: Saving card information in the app to preorder food is also completely broken. Useless app support from Alaska Airlines.

Worst app ever, currently. When I first downloaded it and signed up it worked just fine. Just like it was supposed to. Now, I cannot log in. All it does is make me click on photos of motorcycles, cars, crosswalks over and over and over again. It will not let me log in. This is a huge waste of time and completely pointless! It needs to be fixed right now

The app is fine for booking, managing trips and seeing my account status. Everything is pretty much easy to find and more intuitive than the older versions. My dings on the rating and biggest complaints: logs me out frequently and there is NO biometric login option. Pain in the you no what if this happens and you're in a position to need to get your information, make changes, etc quickly and you have to stop and log back in with a sign-in credentials. Come on Alaska - you can do better!

I had trouble paying for my checked bag. Google Pay couldn't auto populate the credit card fields and I had to go look things up - I manually entered the expiration date, it demanded that I delete one character of the auto-filled cvv and retype it & then the transaction failed. I repeated the same steps and it succeeded. Something buggy in the payment integration. A waste of time. Fine otherwise.

My favorite airline. Great customer service, good prices and clean planes. The essentials. As for the App itself, downgraded from 5 stars to 1. ever since the merger, the apo fails to load and let you in. Now (if it works), it redirects you to a webpage and makes you login every time, instead of just working. absolute trash and has been. that way for about a year now. unacceptable downgrade.
