3.4 As someone who juggles a busy work schedule and personal commitments, "APPatient" has become an essential part of my daily routine. I often find myself using the app during my morning coffee, where I quickly log my blood pressure readings before heading out for the day. Additionally, I utilize the medication reminder feature while at work, ensuring I take my prescribed medications on time, even amidst meetings and deadlines. On weekends, I love to review my health insights, which helps me plan my exercise and diet for the upcoming week.
The user interface of "APPatient" is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a clean dashboard that displays my health metrics at a glance. The workflow for logging data is straightforward; I can quickly input my readings or set reminders with just a few taps. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any lag, which is crucial when I’m in a hurry. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, as the app not only helps me manage my health but also empowers me with knowledge about my well-being.
"APPatient" offers a free version with essential features, which is perfect for casual users. However, for those seeking advanced functionalities, the premium subscription is reasonably priced. I opted for the premium plan after a month of using the free version, as the additional features, like personalized health insights and enhanced communication tools, were worth the investment for my health management.
The developers of "APPatient" are proactive in providing updates, which often include new features and improvements based on user feedback. I’ve noticed several enhancements since I started using the app, making it even more user-friendly. Customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a query regarding a feature, and I received a prompt and helpful response, which reassured me of their commitment to user satisfaction.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to health apps. "APPatient" is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, but the app clearly outlines how this data will be used and stored. I appreciate that "APPatient" does not bombard me with ads or engage in excessive tracking behavior, allowing me to focus on my health without distractions. The app employs robust encryption methods to protect my sensitive health data, giving me confidence that my information is secure.

I'm trying to understand why I can't send any messages to my provider through your app. When I look up either my doctor or address, it always says no matches found. It is clear it's not even trying to look up who you're trying to message. Logging in at night gives me a "login error. unknown error" when signing in. This happened before and happens now.

Would be more useful if it actually allowed you to input more than one doctor's office. People actually see more than one specialist, you know! And once this app is linked to one doctor's office, you can't add another at all. Completely useless in that regard. Only giving 2 stars instead of one because it does keep the information regarding test results and such in one location.

As others say, you will immediately need to reset the password and if you do it in the app, the link that's emailed to you doesn't work. Instead, click the partner link and open their site in browser. Click reset password there, and you will be able to "reset" your password in browser. THEN go into the app. Once that's out of the way, the app works great.

Like others stated, two links were texted to me that both lead to the app store even though the second link claims to take you to the online check-in page. Found the practice and username in the link, but I don't have an account and there is no "New User" or "Sign Up" option, only "Forgot Password" which doesn't do anything except send you a link that takes you back to the app store. Also, because your username (your email) is right there in the texted link, I reported for security risk.

Here we go again. No changes have been made. The "forgot password" link still just launches you into a circle, and you NEVER get to change your password. This app had to be created by a bunch of simpletons. A grammar school class could program a more useful app! No instructions for setup. Change password link no help. Useless, and a waste of my time.
